Wir kamen aus dem Terminal und haben an der Säule den Knopf vom Hotel gedrückt. Es ging keine 5 Minuten und wir wurden vom Hotel-Shuttle abgeholt. Freundliche Fahrerin und im Anschluss sehr freundlicher Empfang. Apéro haben wir im schönen Garten genossen und im Anschluss ein sehr gutes Essen. Das Zimmer ist mit allem eingerichtet, was es zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.

Clean and close to airport. Not worth the money though too expensive

A very dissatisfied with lady at the reception on our departure. We booked transfer to the airport from Hotel 3:30 am this is obviously the actual reason we booked Hilton as they were having a 24/7 transport and at the reception no-one informed us that if we are even a minute late the bus would have depart without us. We were only a minute late noone even called to say anything. Bus left and when we asked to have the next one she completely ignored us and just said its full we can not help. Had to walk with a child at 3:30 am in the morning with rain. Unacceptable. Also we went to have dinner two burgers to serve we waited one hour. When we asked for our burgers the waiter just replied “sorry the kitchen is light today”. What an answer was that? Sorry but its Hilton and Manager needs to find solutions

Chambre vétuste et pas de possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres et pas de Clim. On dort mal ! Étouffant! Pas d’air Cela n’est pas normal pour un 4 étoiles !

L’hôte est superbe et la décoration est magnifique. Plusieurs petits espaces salons bien sympathiques. Le restaurant est magnifique et sa véranda-salon est splendide. La chambre est spacieuse et bien décorée. Les lits sont grands et confortables. Tout est très propre. À deux pas de l’aéroport que l’on rejoint facilement avec la navette gratuite

Encore et toujours le problème des portes qui claquent, vous devriez solutionner ce problème car au vu du standing de l’hôtel et du prix des chambres, c’est pénible d’être réveillé par les portes. Insonorisation tout juste entre les chambres. Par contre, aucun bruit d’avion ou de la route juste à côté de l’hôtel. Pas de possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre, dommage

L’accueil et sa compétence pour trouver une solution, le geste commercial de nous avoir donner une chambre plus moderne car le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas. La proximité de l’aéroport avec sa navette très pratique et la beauté de l’hôtel autant intérieurement et extérieurement .

Personnel toujours adorable. Literie très bonne et bon restaurant. Génial pour un départ matinal ou une arrivée tardive a l’aéroport.

Manque d’intimité puisqu’il n’y a pas de séparation entre la salle de bain et la chambre.

The hotel despite being in the airport area was well laid out, with very pleasant outside terraces area. The room was spatious and comfortable. The staff were efficient and caring. The shuttle service was punctual and fast, despite being very early in the morning.

It wasn't possible to open my window to create a draft but the air-conditioning worked well.

The lobby and reception were obviously newly refurbished. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite my arrival being very late as my flight was delayed.

The room was looking rather tired, with very little in the way of comfort with the exception of the bed. The main lights were not working, and it was awkward to charge my phone. In addition, the towels, though large, were quite worn and showing their wear & tear. Also, I had to request that the tea/coffee sachets were replenished - which the staff did willingly. The breakfast, which should have been available till 10.30 on Sunday, almost completely ran out of food, and the staff were clearing away and laying for lunch by 10.00.

Het was oud, gedateerd en vies. Personeel bij ontbijt was onbeschoft sprak geen Engels. Zaterdag ochtend 10 u terwijl ontbijt tot 10.30 is bijna alles niet meer verkrijgbaar Met honger weg.

L'emplacement est très pratique pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Le personnel est sympathique. Très serviable. Bar et resto très bien. Je recommande les grandes salades.

Il n'y avait pas de prises électriques près des lits. Il fallait débrancher les lampes pour recharger le téléphone.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern, very clean, my room was well appointed, super comfy pillows and bed. It was quiet and restful. I enjoyed the lovely gardens, comfortable lounge and restaurant.

Clean and very close to our terminal via the free shuttle. Restaurant was also good.

The room was a bit hot and airless and we could not open the window. They provided a little device to help circulate and cool the air, but it was not very effective. Pity as otherwise this is a good hotel.

TV not working then next room after being changed the phone was not working

Les chambres ne disposent ni de fenêtre ouvrantes ni de climatisation . Il faisait 24 degrés dans la chambre à 23 heures et malgré un dispositif de ventilateur 25 degrés le matin . J’ai demandé que ma facture me soit envoyé par e-mail … rien . Cet après-midi j’ai passé 25 minutes avec le centre d’appel pour me faire renvoyer la facture et je n’ai toujours rien reçu.. Si le groupe accord n’est pas en mesure d’envoyer une facture électroniquement je comprends qu’il ne soit plus capable de faire fonctionner un 4 étoiles . C’est désespérant d’incompétences

Le calme malgré la proximité de l'aéroport (on n'entend pas du tout les avions). Le fait de pouvoir manger à l'hôtel.

La chaleur dans la chambre (25 degrés !), la climatisation ne fonctionnant pas et les fenêtres ne s'ouvrant pas ; il a fallu insister un peu pour qu'on nous change enfin de chambre. Les prix du restaurant et du petit déjeuner assez élevés...
