Het meeste wat ons beviel was de de grootte van het bed. Het uitzicht was goed.

De medewerkster bij het inchecken mag van ons een cursus klantvriendelijkheid krijgen. Of ze was met het verkeerde been uit bed gestapt of ze had een heel naar karakter. Geen goedemiddag, of bijv hebben jullie een goede reis gehad. Ze vroeg op een botte manier: Naam! Er was bij de boeking iets mis gegaan. Ik had twee kamers voor totaal 4 personen gereserveerd, maar zij hebben doorgekregen 2 kamers en 2 personen. Ik moest mijn eigen bevestiging laten zien, want anders geloofde ze me niet. We komen om 23.15 uur in de bar. De mensen die voor ons stonden te wachten kregen hun drankjes en toen wij aan de beurt waren om te bestellen was het meteen: NEE! de bar is gesloten. Weinig gastvrijheid hier te vinden. Niet bij de inchecken, in de bar en ook niet tijdens het uitchecken. Je bent goed genoeg om €160,- per kamer neer te leggen, maar er service o.i.d. van te verwachten....

De receptioniste van de zaterdagavond. Ze liep tijdens het inchecken ineens weg om haar collega met iets(?) te helpen zonder zich naar ons te excuseren. Daarna vertelde ze niets over het hotel, de faciliteiten, het ontbijt, de weg naar onze kamer, niets. We kregen de pasjes van de kamer en dat was het. Daarnaast viel de badkamer echt tegen. Echt smerig was deze met zwarte aanslag, viezigheid op het plafond, boven de spiegel en aanslag op de randen en kit. Daarnaast was de tissuedispenser leeg, was het showergel pompje leeg en was er geen extra rol wcpapier. Dit hebben we ook aangegeven bij de receptie. De dame zou het doorgeven aan de manager. Tijdens het ontbijt was het veel te weinig personeel. Het personeel dat er was werkte keihard, maar kon het niet bijbenen. Daardoor waren telkens heel veel dingen van het buffet op, vooral servies en heet theewater.

Frühstück: weder Teller, Besteck noch Essen konnte nachgelegt werden. Zu viele nahmen zur gleichen Zeit Frühstück zu sich.

We hebben genoten van de Suite, heel fijn ruim en heel schoon. Koffie en thee werd elke ochtend bijgevuld. Personeel bij receptie heel vriendelijk en sprak ook keurig Engels. Je kan OV kaartjes ook bij de receptie verkrijgen, deze stempel je af in de tram (4 min lopen) en is vanaf dat moment 24 uur te gebruiken. Ontbijt was ook super. Voor ieder wat wils en meer dan voldoende. Kortom een aanrader.

Expensive breakfast, which we did not partake, probably going rate these days.

Room was really spacious and clean. Interior was also very nice. Highly recommended for small families with one or two kids. I guess due to off peak time (during week days) it was really quite as there are few guests. May be due to location as it is surrounded by mainly office buildings and a little far from down town.

The parking site is the basement of hotel building and is really expensive like 15 euro per night. Though there are free public parking spaces available nearby. The reception staff was nice but the lady at breakfast lounge was a bit rude as she won't let us have the coffee from machine even it is 2 minutes above the closing time. Anyway no hard feelings but a little courtesy is needed towards your guests.

Not easy to find parking, i left messages a week before departure asking the stuff what is the parking address then i can directly drive there but the stuff replied me a few days after check out.

Check in quick and painless, member of IHG so given a warm welcome, have stayed multiple times. Staff always very friendly and a good breakfast selection.

TV did not work and staff failed to fix when first flagged up but with a reminder someone came up to solve.

On arrival, no one at reception- waited 30 mins for someone to arrive. No way to alert anyone that I was there. When receptionist turned up, he barely spoke two words to me and made no eye contact Really terrible front of house service. Mattress protector had a blood stain visible through the sheet and mattress topper had yellow stains. Air con was ineffective.

The front desk and service staff have a good attitude, the room is clean and hygienic, the location is convenient, the breakfast is very good, with a variety of varieties, because the stay is during the exhibition, the price is much higher than usual, but it is worth recommending!

I absolutely loved the spaciousness of the suite it felt like a small apartment but then without kitchen which was really nice. The location is also pretty easy to reach with both U-bahn and car and the check in-staff was really friendly.

The plug in the bath wasnt working to well so you needed to refill constantly but that isn't even that bad of an issue
