The location is super convenient, a short walk to the terminals. The room was well-furnished, with a seating area as well as the usual bed/desk.
Food was very expensive. We walked back to the airport for pastries for the next day's breakfast rather than pay the high cost.

Das Hotel war direkt am Flughafen. Ins Terminal läuft man keine zwei Minuten. Vom Zimmer aus konnte man sogar Flugzeuge beobachten, hierbei ist zu betonen das die Fenster mehr als Schalldicht sind. Personal extremst freundlich!

Top Lage wenn’s um einen frühen Flug geht. Mit Zug zum Flug am Vortag anreisen und entspannt am Morgen zum Checkin. Kein umständlicher Shuttle und die Übernachtungskosten mit den Parkgebühren gegenrechnen, dann passt auch das PLV bei frühzeitiger Buchung.

Check out was simple and the bell clerk etc. really helped me a lot to get my bags downstairs to a cart to get to the airport.
On the other hand, when I checked in there was no one to help me with my 4 bags, I am a 76 year old woman traveling alone. And there was no one at check in to help me. Also no robe in the room. breakfast was very expensive.

Das Hotel ist direkt am Flughafen und das Zimmer ist schön ausgestattet gewesen. Wer ein Hotel mit kurzem Weg vom Flughafen sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben, sollte aber nicht zu viel erwarten.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gepasst. Sehr teuer aber leider hatten uns günstigere Hotels besser gefallen. Auf dem Zimmer gab es nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser und die Kissen waren sehr sehr weich, fast schon als würde man auf keinem liegen. Mit dem Putzen der Flure/Gänge wurde gegen 8 Uhr mit einer sehr lauten Reinigungsmaschine angefangen, was blöd für uns war, weil wir erst 1 Uhr im Hotel ankamen und es für uns die Nacht leider noch kürzer gemacht hat.

The room was lovely, however the hair conditioner in the shower and body lotion in the bathroom were both empty. The pool was closed for renovation and we were not notified of this before our stay. A bit disappointed in those few items, but overall a good stay.
Full containers of shampoos etc and body lotion. Notified of pool closure before booking. We may have booked elsewhere if we had known.

Wir sind mit dem Flugzeug angereist und haben dieses Hotel wegen der Toplage gewählt Dies hat sich auch in der Praxis während unseres 3- Tageaufenthalts bewährt. Die Flughafenshops und die Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. von der Apotheke bis zum kleinen Snack ist alles vorhanden Die S- Bahnstation führte uns direkt in die Stadt, bzw an unser Ziel. Das Frühstück ist over the top, alles was das Herz begehrt, je nach Gusto wird man Bedient oder Selfservice.
Die Betten lassen zu wünschen übrig. Sie sind nicht schlecht, aber wenn der Rücken in die Jahre gekommen ist fehlt die Komfortmatratze. Bei den Kissen ist es wie fast in jedem Hotel, riesengrosse, spannkraftfehlende Federnwulste. Schade dass diesem eigentlich so wichtigen Teil so wenig Bedeutung geschenkt wird. Nackenstützend wäre das Zauberwort.

In so einem Hotel kein Begrüßungsdrink und kein Wasser am Zimmer. Wir haben extra das teure Hotel gebucht um einen schönen Wellness-Tag zu erleben, bevor es am nächsten Tag dann losgeht mit unserem Flug. Leider war der gesamte Wellness-Bereich geschlossen. Ich bin der Meinung, daß so ein Hotel die Gäste vorab über soetwas informieren sollte. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Preisnachlass... nichts. Als Argument hieß es, daß es auf der Website steht. Wer bucht ein Zimmer uns schaut dann täglich auf die Website des Hotels, ob evtl. irgendwas nicht verfügbar ist? Kein Mensch! Da sollte eine Nachricht kommen mit der Möglichkeit zu stornieren. Das hätten wir dann auch getan, weil der Aufenthalt für uns völlig überflüssig war und dafür ist das Hotel viel zu teuer.

Sehr sauber und sehr gut gelegen
Zweieinhalb Stunden mussten wir warten bis zum einchecken. Dann wurde das gebuchte 3 Zimmer nebeneinander nicht mehr durchgeführt. Und der Service beim einchecken war eine Katastrophe. Man gab uns einfach die Schlüssel und lies uns die Zimmer suchen . Mit 6 Koffern und zwei kleinen Kindern. Dankeschön

The room we stayed in was the best we have ever seen. The room was large; the beds were large and very comfortable; there was plenty of seating; lots of room for the luggage; there were electrical outlets everywhere; lighting was great (including night lights). Unfortunately this was an airport hotel, so we wouldn't stay for the scenery - it was convenient only because we had to stay overnight to catch a flight.
Downtown hotels should have the same quality rooms at the same price.

The location is perfect . We had a flight early morning so I absolutely recommend it, very easy and comfortable.
The cleanness could be improved ( please check the mirror logo on the wall next to the window, lot of finger prints , it looked oily and dirty) the rest was good.
Regarding the employees, receptionists were very kind. Lovely ladies, but one had her boobs put way too much in evidence like she’s working on Oktoberfest , honestly she’s a beautiful young lady but her outfit is absolutely inappropriate for the Hilton hotel receptionist. Please organize the uniforms properly. The bell boy should escort the guests to their room and help with luggage .

Το προτείνω για κάποιον ο οποίος έχει πτήση στο αεροδρόμιο του Μονάχου νωρίς το πρωί! Ότι πιο βολικό και πολύ και σχέση τιμής-ποιότητας!
