Well located hotel let down by broken air con.

Location was good. Close to major tourist areas.

Air con was broken. When we asked about it the receptionist just said it is broken and couldn’t give us any details of if or when it would be fixed.

It is a convenient hotel for travelers who mainly use the subway.

Location closed the subway and near local restaurant.

Los alimentos fueron los usuales en el desayuno chino: arroz frito, vegetales cocidos varios, frutas, yogurt, con algunos elementos occidentales. En lo personal me agradó.

Algunos platillos que desconozco, muy propios del lugar. No probé porque no me gusta desperdiciar comida.

Great location. Metro station in front of the hotel. Clean, good housekeeping, staff friendly and helpful, even though not all can speak English but they try their best :)

The location is really good, convenient.

The room is a little old but served purpose. Breakfast would be good if change different food each day. Stay over 5 days and ate the same food, feel a little boring.

Exceptional

That was my second stay in this hotel. Location is wonderful to Wanfujing street and some historical places. Not far from the hotel there are a lot of malls where you can buy everything you need. Manager of this hotel helped me so much when we have some problems.

Room was not so clean, but manager of hotel solve this very quickly.

Nice hotel with reasonable price and great location. Originally booked a room without window but the staff (Ava and Jim) quickly solved the problem.

Met my needs.

Upgraded me to a suite or something. BUT the room is toooo far from the lift. I'm happier if I'm not upgraded actually.

Doesn't come with b'fast. Breakfast pricing was TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT! I'm better go for McDonalds b'fast!

good hotel, acceptable quality, good location, but some aspects could be improved

The reception was very friendly, specially Ms. Chen gave us huge help and was very friendly.

The worst was the breakfast. Clearly mainly oriented to Chinese guests, qyality and variety of westrn food was definately poor.

Superb

Location was great, very close to Metro line 2 and 5. Breakfast was fabulous with greta variety of Western and Chinese cuisine. Staff were helpful and attentive. I liked the cafe on sight which was a great place to relax in the evening. Overall, the hotel room and services are great value for money.

Bathroom was not quite clean and needed repair as well. Bed mattress was also not too comfortable and needs replacement. Pillow covers and duvet covers were a bit smelly and looked used.

Very good

Very pleasant stay. The stuff is very friendly and can speak in English (It’s very important for people like me who don’t speak Chinese-_-) Room clean and there you can find everything you need. They can provide breakfast and dinner (148 rmb - buffet). Location is also great 👍🏻 If you need the hotel can keep your bags in storage room ( before check in or after check out).

Sometimes you should wait and check in later then 2 o’clock. Room without windows.

The room was super warm. So we were not sure if it was the AC which was not working. Or was it simply just the room being too warm?

Great location, subway station is just few meters away, very clean, tasty breakfast with lot’s of choices for western people

The room had an inner window so you couldn’t tell the time of the day, a little bit stuffy and the air conditioning was too loud to leave it working through the night.

Great location

Great breakfast. Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is very good with malls and supermarkets in close proximity. Subway station just outside the hotel. Beijing Railway Station is close by and South Railway Station is a bit further on, but still quite close.

i would have chosen a different hotel had i known this.

the room and the property are not what i expected. i thought it was non smoking but you can smell cigarette on the hallway, it was bad.

Great location with tourists sites within walking distance, subway line is right in front of hotel

Location is fantastic. Tianamen square, Forbidden city and Railway museum are within walking distance or 1 subway stop. Just walk down the road from right of hotel and these places at the end of the road.

We had an economic room without windows. There was no air con and just ventilating fan running. Enquired and staff said that air con is non operational in Nov (winter season). We had to ask for a fan as it was like sauna (stuffy).

Fabulous

Hotel is well located and really our stay despite the fact they accomodated us in the old wing was great, we had a nice view and at all venues of the hotel, the staff was really professionnal and nice. We went to two restaurants there and to spa as well and it is really a good value for money compared to services in simillar hotels in Beijng. They have offered us a late check-ou at 16:00.

everything was better than fair and even nicer than we expected
