needs a bit of walking to get somewhere if you want to find something, as davos is an aswedome place its nice to have to walk around a a bit imo

Spacious room with very comfortable bed and big modern bathroom. All staff were friendly and helpful. Wellness area and pool very nice and we used them every day after walking. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices.

Restaurant had nice food but a bit overpriced and small serves, also no local specialties (Kapuns)

The service offered and the guests treatment is not at a four-star hotel standard. We had issues in the room and asked for support multiple times, it was fixed only upon our departure - too late. We were not even able to understand the reason for this delay as the receptionist told us multiple versions - I would recommend transparency first. Furthermore, the issue was related to lack of cleaning, which is what you would not expect from this hotel type. Lack of cleaning that we also noticed in the common areas, so I highly encourage the hotel management to work on this. Last but not least, it is totally overpriced not only for the level of service provided, but also for the facility itself. The only four-star quality amenities are the bar and the wellness area.

Staff everywhere was very friendly and professional. Room was big and clean. Shuttle service to ski lifts is very convenient

Main courses in the restaurant were not tasty (starters and kids buffet were good though) Water in the pool was too cool

The hotel is very nice, perfectly located as it is not on the main street but just 7-8 mins walking distance, staff has been nice and friendly, the sauna and pool area is really great to relax after a day skiing. Our room was recently renovated, we were three so we had a junior suite, with two beds in a mezzanine room and a sofa bed... the comfort is excellent, considering that a sofa bed cannot offer the same comfort than a bed. Definitely a relaxing place to visit again.

Really difficult to find things that we did not like, maybe a couple of areas of improvement at max... the newly built rooms could have some more opportunities to hang and sofa bed could have a more comfortable mattress, but these are details

Rooms, wellness and staff at the reception were great.

Slow service at the dinner. We arived at 20:30 and got the food at 21:45. Quite late for a dinner.
