Newly refurbished, this shabby-chic, artsy rental boasts room to spread out in a prime location, with a private balcony that's perfect for enjoying those famous Florida sunsets over the gulf. Located on Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, with convenient access to restaurants, this gulf-front condo offers a romantic beach getaway or a family beach adventure. This rental sits right on one of the most famous beaches in Florida, where you can visit the world-famous Caddy's beach restaurant or take a short drive to John's Pass to find a Hooters, Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, and a fantastic boardwalk. This condo is also conveniently close to St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa for even more fun! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The elevator closes at 8 p.m. This building is strictly non-smoking. Snowbirds welcome! Please contact us for special rates. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. perfect location, proximity to amenities and right on the beach, heated pool, amazing sunsets, well decorated, very clean, all our needs were met for 2 adults and 2 children.

This was our first trip to Flordia, we loved every minute of it. The room was clean, had everything we needed for our week stay. Laundry was located on the floor which was also nice. We will definitely be back and recommend staying here.

Just step away from the beach, nice view of the beach, very good host, everything needed for the stay was already there in the unit. Beach chair, surfboard, and almost everything.

The place was generally good, regular cleaning, the bed was not very comfortable, the towels were of very poor quality and stained, but it has everything you need in a house, I liked that it has beach items

The condo was beautiful and clean. We’ve come to the Subset Chateau for nearly 20 years. This condo ranks high. I’ve never seen a kitchen so we’ll equipped. Our one big disappointment was the lack of beach equipment. 2 of the 3 chairs were broken, as was the ragged umbrella. We bought and left an umbrella and noodles. Our love of Sunset chateau is directly related to its closeness to the beach. Comfortable beach gear is important. Also, this is minor but we weren’t able to use the bedroom televisions.

Right on the beach! Clean unit. Had an issue with the front door lock twice, but it was resolved quickly. I think the a/c may need to be serviced as it made some noises but it did not affect the ability to cool the unit. As stated, it was a clean unit, however the ceiling fans and baseboards needed a good dusting. Bed was comfy. Great supply of kitchen stuff in unit. Couch was comfy too! Would stay here again! We enjoyed!

Stayed in a very nice 2 bed/ 2bath condo with balcony overlooking the gulf. Perfect for evening sunsets and just listening to the waves.

Very pleased!
We never had a guest parking permit for our visitors! A resident there seemed to watch for people without them & called a tow truck to come & tow the vehicles!! A bit over zealous!☹️Needs to stop. We did ask for a permit but never heard back.!

They forgot to mention an infestation of red tide... of course, you could ALWAYS just jump in the pool... although there was no water in it. We were not permitted early entry... but WERE RUSHED to leave.

Beautiful condo and location can't be beat. We loved the view and being so close to the beach. Overall instructions were a little confusing though, and we got mixed signals from two separate things left for us in the condo.

The couch is in poor condition and the covers are dirty, it just needs total replacement overall as it feels like you sit down on plywood, no cushion. We ended up draping a blanket over it to feel comfortable sitting on it. The mattress in the room with attached bathroom also needs replacement as it is very sunken in and did not give us good rest. Had no issues with the building or parking. The pool was being worked on and was unavailable which was noted but the beach was calm and not crowded.

Gino the neighbor was always so polite and helpful if we had any questions on local options in terms of food, things to do and even gave us a heads up to a storm rolling in. There was a miscommunication with the management property during my stay where a contractor let themselves into the unit without my prior knowledge of their arrival. This obviously caused alarm as I was sitting on the beach watching someone enter the unit. The contractors were beyond apologetic and polite however I did express this concern to the property management immediately. The contractors had to return to complete the work on a separate day and the property management did give me a heads up the second time. Even with this minor incident, I would stay here again.

Amazing vacation! Definitely will be back. I struggled rating for it was all great besides two little things, so, it’s between 4-5 star for overall. The neighbors were all amazing! The beach incredible! Sugar sand plus patches of massive shells for shell picking! Found several sand dollars too! Shallow sandy swimming! Two days we seen a manatee in the beach area swimming, we seen several birds, crabs, small silver bait fish…. The unit had beech chairs, umbrella, beach towels, kitchen to save $ on meals. Absolutely beautiful inside as well! The bed was very comfortable! She’ll decor absolutely breathtaking! Wish I could have staid forever! Only complain I have is the cleaning prior to us arriving was not very great…. It wasn’t horrible but some spots were big time missed, I love the white couch for looks but it’s very stained which was okay since I assumed it was clean, just stained, but the bathroom sink was missed and a few questionable other things . But it was not horrible! I’d still come back. There are cleaning products there… I wish the washer/dryer was explained more though. It says on unit so I assumed in our condo. It’s a shaded one which is ok but no place gives quarters for change around there so we just washed in the sink which worked totally fine till the last night when we seen the note that said we had to wash the beach towels… then we had to run around to find quarter. Ended up at the laundry mat a few miles away to get change. So I’d bring quarters! So besides the laundry circus and a few things needing better cleaning it was pure paradise and I would have stayed a life time if I could have! Can’t wait to return!

Absolutely adore this condo! We stayed in this condo back in 2019 when we got married and decided to come back after a wonderful stay the first time. This trip did not disappoint! The condo was super clean which is a huge thing for us. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!! It is our favorite spot :)

Wonderful Stay
Absolutely adore this condo! We stayed in this condo back in 2019 when we got married and decided to come back after a wonderful stay the first time. This trip did not disappoint! The condo was super clean which is a huge thing for us. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!! It is our favorite spot :)

This condo was perfect for our needs. 2 bedroom 2 bath. Comfortable beds. A nice open floor plan. Comfy couch. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. This condo also has beach chairs, we didn’t use we had our own. As well as beach towels. The view is unbeatable! We saw dolphins, manatee, stingrays, everyday!

Good, except for the screen door, which does,nt close, and the kitchen was missing one important thing, a blender, also batteries in remotes were all very weak, could,nt find any replacements in room.
