Very clean. Decent food.

When my flight was canceled due to the airline and I needed to change my airport transportation and hotel arrangements they were not helpful. Seemed annoyed with me and the front desk person asked, “What is it that you want me to do?” Very condescending.

We celebrated out 10th year wedding anniversary at the Wyndham...It was nothing short of SPECTACULAR, from the time we stepped in the door Poncho made us feel right at home..The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Everything we needed or asked for was provided. Even down to getting last minute reservations for dinner! They let us dine in the private wine cellar at Davinci. They gifted us with the the Thai Bed Cabana right on the beach with one of the best waiters at the resort Alejandro at Pina Bar is a class act. EVERYTHING AND EVERY ONE WAS WONDERFUL. We are coming back for sure. #BRAVO

Modern hotel with great facilities and generally lovely staff.

Booking system for specialist restaurants is a bit shambolic. A huge shame. Buffet food not the strongest.

Food was much better than expected. Wait staff very friendly.

Had to get up early in the morning to reserve chairs by the pool. Went swimming one day and the staff took our chairs away from us and told us someone bought our chairs. Extremely rude!

The room was great. The staff was incredible. The food was ok.

Biggest complaint was there was no elevator to take you from the rooms down to the pool level. My husband has bad knees and all of the stairs made it difficult for him to walk the property.

There is no daily cleaning of the rooms. The food is very simple and it is almost impossible to make a reservation to have dinner in one of the 3 restaurantes (in 3 nights I didn’t manage it)

Property need a lot of maintenance AC leakage everywhere in dinning room and bedrooms , for Restaurants reservation need to use the App which is not working most of the time WiFi very weak at rooms you need to stay at pools area or hotel lobby to get internet connection

Pros: Most of the staff (face to face) was very nice to talk to. The view outside the room is exactly like pictured. Food was not the worst but also not the best. Overall this hotel would be 3 or 3.5 star in my opinion.

Cons: Conflicting information was given about multiple things. I have a lot of allergies and many of the English speaking staff reassured me that I could request something from the chef if I don't feel comfortable taking from the buffet line (due to foods mixing easily). But when I went to try it, the staff said it wasn't possible for them to accommodate. This is important for someone like me to know and get the correct info about. My group was told that we would need pesos for when going on tours and being outside the hotel zone. But we found out that USD is still taken everywhere. Due to the exchange rate you would get less back if you tried exchanging the pesos back to USD (basically losing money). Public spaces (like restrooms) were not cleaned or maintained very well. I also did not like that the cleaning services for rooms were every other day.

We've been staying at this property for over 13 years. This is our first time staying here as a Wyndham property. We're not "vacation owners" but love staying here because of the size, the staff, and the quality of the service! We noticed a difference in service and improvements to an already great hotel! We were fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room that was recently renovated. We were impressed with how Wyndham invests in the hotel, new paint, furnishings, food offerings, and modern updates. Gone is the old "pink" dated exterior, replaced with cool modern tones throughout the hotel. Overall, we still love this property! We will be back and love seeing the team members who remember you, always strive to make your stay unique, and always thank you for coming back! Thank you, Wyndham Cancun, and we're excited to see how you keep making this hotel even more special and one of the best in Cancun! Extra special: We loved how the staff handed out flowers 🌸 for Mother's Day to all the Mothers on Saturday. (Mexico's Day)

Some construction and improvements are going on. We had a crew grinding on the concrete near the pool the whole week to install NEW railings. It was a bit disruptive for a relaxing experience. However, I understand there's no good time to do this with a 24-hour property. So we rolled with it and will be looking forward to when the more significant projects are completed. If you stay here in the coming months, be aware that you may see or have some improvements going on.

this place looks amazing, the photos don’t do justice to the hotel. the service was great and there was everything that we thought a all inclusive hotel would include

the waiters always expected to get tips on everything. we do appreciate the service but for an example to the pool we didn’t bring our wallet and it made us feel uncomfortable . also there was not a lot of activities or shows to watch at the evenings in our opinion the grill restaurant wasn’t very good, but the rest of the restaurants are pretty good

The resort is really nice and super clean. There are a lot of restaurants (Italian, Sushi, Mariscos, Mexican and the normal buffet) and the quality is pretty good. The room was better than we expected. My understanding is that all rooms have been fully refurbished and they are not actually like the ones in the Booking.com pictures. The beach and the pools are really nice.

The wifi stopped working the last 2 days and when they said it had been fixed, it kept disconnecting all the time. A lady at the breakfast area was a bit rude when I asked for a cappuccino. The entertainment could be better, everything ends around 9:30 pm.

The resort is in an excellent location and the Pools are awesome (especially those with swim up bars!).

Dodgy business went on with my credit card so I wouldn’t trust to come to this resort again. I was charged for a massage to my card, when I tried to checkout they wanted me to pay again- I showed them the charge I had already paid and they ‘called the bank’ and apparently the money wasn’t in their account- instead of waiving the fee as there was clearly a problem on their end, they refused to let me checkout until I paid AGAIN, made me almost miss my shuttle as I tried to plead with them with no empathy from them. My friend eventually paid the repeat charge and I will have to now try to dispute this payment when I get home from my trip. over $300 AUD is a big deal when travelling internationally. Considering on our second night they asked us to change rooms at 8:30pm and had to either downgrade rooms or share a bed in an upgraded room, which we agreed to (we did get a free daybed for the day for the inconvenience) but also on our final day we were told there would be no aircon in our room either due to maintenance- I thought the hotel could have been more accommodating with regards to the payment of the massage- particularly when they could see all the transaction info on my banking app. I will never return to this hotel as a result as I’ll be too nervous they will try to charge me extras. I was crying the whole way to the airport and stressed about our flight due to this experience. I keep checking my banking app for the remainder of my trip as they still could charge my card more if they want and can’t wait to get home to cancel my card and replace!
