Bien mais sans plus

Literie bonne qualité et petit déjeuner varié. Pour manger allez a Sestri. 10mn en voiture, belle station balnéaire. Bien pour une étape sans plus.

Emplacement entre la voie ferrée et pas grand chose autour. Pas trop insonorisé, mais le train ne passe pas trop souvent et les voisins se sont tus .....tard , très tard..,

Nice hotel in Liguria, close to a beautiful beach

Excellent hotel at a walking distance from the beach. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The hotel has an underground parking and also an outdoor parking at 300m. It has a huge, beautiful terrace with beds, chairs, lots of spaces to enjoy a drink. It has a restaurant that looked popular for dinner, and the breakfast was well stoked, with decent options. The bar had nice drinks and decent prices. There is also a beach access where you can prepay two beds, one umbrella and two towels at 30 euros. The staff is amazing, very helpful and kind.

So noisy! we stayed on the ground floor, it was impossible to sleep before 0h30. there are a playing room for children without any rules! still, the reception did not border themself’s to charge the night of a 3y child who slept with no extra bed, no extra towels etc, just for the breakfast. At the end we have paid the equivalent of a night in 4* hotel for a poor sleep night. A shame!

Great food, a lot of fish and seafood. All the staff is very friendly. Beach right in front of the hotel. Everything was great!

Excellent for our stopover.

All very clean an neat. Facilities on offer were very good. Private parking though a little tight with a larger car. Balcony was good too. Good breakfast.

can’t think of anything except it would have been good to have 2 extra pillows instead of one.

We were disappointed and would not stay there again

The staff were helpful when we asked to move to a quieter room

Hotel was noisy and we felt that the photos did not reflect what the room was actually like. Also the shower was very small in the first room we were in but better in the second room.

Very good

The staff was very kind and commited, the food was very good and plentiful.

The room wasn't any special. It has a cold atmosphere because of the tiles on the floor and there is no carpet. The bed wasn't comfortable. The toilet was so high that it was uncomfortable to use. The shower is not really practical because it has no cubicle, only a curtain and all the water goes to the floor if you are not cautious. The bathroom door was very creaky. There was no vegetables at the breakfast so we had to ask for it every day, because it would have been hard to eat the scrambled eggs and bacon without vegetables. The parking spots which are 50 m away from hotel is not recommended for low cars because the entrance is very steep and we scratched the front of our car.

Clean room and common area, good restaurant, quite good breakfast, clever and very kind staff (both hotel and reastaurant), very close to the beaches

A bit noisy and crowded, dogs allowed into the rooms, old architectural internal finishing of the building, cleaning up of the rooms during early afternoon (till to 02.00 pm) when someone would like to rest after lunch or beach, private parking narrow that may require efforts to park in/out

Nice and helpful staff. Very tasteful and rich breakfast. The beach is only 2 mins by walk. Great restaurants near to the hotel. The public transport stations are very close (bus - 1 min, train - 7 min), so we could visit every nice place (Cinque terre, Portofino, Porto Venere, etc) without a car. Clean room with daily cleaning, and the whole hotel was clean and decorative.

The soundproofing is a bit weak, we heard noises from the other rooms and the corridor. The shower cabin was very tiny in our room. The breakfast in only available from 8 am what is a bit late for us (however the staff was flexible in this topic)

Very good

The hotel position was very good and the staff amazing: very polite and always so helpful. It was a pleasure to spend a couple of days there :) A big plus also for the AC in the room :)

Although we enjoyed very much our stay, there was a lot of noise mostly during night, but also in the morning. During night the noise was mainly from outside (people from the restaurants) and also from other visitors in the hotel who were practicaly slamming the door (instead of closing it) and speaking very loudly. In the morning there was some construction work and as well the noise made by the other visitors in the rooms from the 1st floor were we stayed.

didnt want to stay here as it was too small

nothing really - i checked out immediately and didnt stay the night. at least the staff let me pay for only one night even though i had booked for 5

i checked in and out within 15 minutes. the room was way too small and the sea views were non existent. the lift was extremely small.

Hidden Gem

Place was amazing! Staff all friendly and extremely helpful. I was pleased with everything at the hotel. I could not find a negative or anything that I wasn't 100 percent satisfied about! Out did any expectations I may have had.
