The staff was great, very communicative and reachable. They accommodated our very late check in and offered to hold our luggage the day after. We were served a nice breakfast!

The actual Hotel is close to the city center, but the apartment deluxe where we stayed at was around a few minutes, walking distance. I really liked it because I was away from most of the tourists, so you had more space to enjoy the street. Not to mention that there are a few restaurants close by.

Didn’t opt for the breakfast as it was served a bit too late for us and was quite basic for the price.

The location was brilliant, 10 minutes walk by San Marco Square. The property was nice and spacious.

We couldn’t figure it out how to turn on the heating when we got to the property

The room didn’t meet our the expectations as on booking under one junior suite there are 3 different rooms photos. We got very dusty room, the headboard of the bed wasn’t cleaned for a quit a while that we had to wipe it ourselves not to breathe with dust all night. Coffee tray with cups was also dusty.mattress was extremely uncomfortable, very old and soft. Access to the room is another challenge because of many stairs. The suite has 2 rooms: the first room when you just enter it on photo there is sofa and coffee table and a bedroom is straight forward. But now to be able to accommodate 4 ppl instead of sofa -2 single beds thus you have no space in that room. Venice is charming - so nothing could destroy impressions
