Location was great Staff was excellent! Club lounge was very convenient

Breakfast could have more variety. We have traveled across Turkey and other locations and the breakfast could be improved. Also, the place to get food is a bit congested during breakfast. Plus the outside seating could be expanded given there is a beautiful green space outside. Pool temperature was very low. It should be around 28C. It was 20C.

В воскресенье до 2 часов ночи, а в понедельник до часу ночи на территории отеля либо рядом с ним очень громко играла музыка и было не возможно спать, закрытые окна не спасали. Ремонт старый

I liked only the location of the hotel.

Very bad reception poor in dealing with customers and almost zero cleaning. Toilets full of drain flies and the staff always excuse is renovation Zero cleaning as they just fix the bed and leave the room without any cleaning I am not exaggerating that's exactly what was there and I felt paying them is a sin

Lovely hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Going through a refurb, our room was tired and needed updating but comfortable. New Swim pool area excellent. All food taken was very good also.

Vooral de personeel, lieve mensen allemaal en ook extreem professioneel. Wij voelden ons thuis. Als zij vroegen hoe het met ons was dan was dat geen beleefdheidsvraag maar echt uit het hart, gemeend. Vooral Cenk en Tsira waren lief en gasvrij.

وجود أعمال صيانه في جزء كبير من الفندق ( نصف الفندق تقريباً ) موقف السيارات بمقابل مادي ( 450 ليره ) لكل دخول وخروج في الباركينغ وهو مكلف جداً السرير غير مريح ومتعب لا يوجد شطاف في دورة المياه

Osoblje je jako ljubazno, a hotel je u blizini kongresnog centra, kome je to znacajno zbog posla.

Svi SPA/bazen sadrzaji su bili zatvoreni zbog renoviranja, ali cena je i dalje jako visoka, sto je neprihvatljivo. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i trudili su se maximalno, ali zaista je odnos cene i kvaliteta nesrazmeran. Soba je veoma stara, u rangu hotela sa 3 zvezdice, pogled na zgrade. Dorucak se dodatno placa, sto me je iskreno sokiralo, jer sam podrazumevala da je dorucak ukljucen u tu cenu, koja apsolutno nije u skladu sto onim sto se dobija. Dakle, potpuni promasaj sa izborom hotela.
