Reception fabulous and room was good but the hotel needs a revamp . Breakfast was good but team need to clean tables before relaying . It is noisy on a Friday night - maybe ask for inside room away from road if want a quite night

The hotel is situated in the town centre walking distance to El tubo area for nice taps, the old town with the Basilica and Cathedral. The rooms were pleasant but not very clean, for example there were stain on my pillow case. However, when mentioned they promptly changed it. There were not many complimentary amenities that you would expect from a 4 stars hotel like vanity set, sewing kit and so forth. Moving on to the service, we found a leaflet in the room advertising massages which only requested a 4h notice. Despite staying for over 72h and after several attempts to requested the said massages, we left Zaragoza a bit stressed and tense. Apparently the only masseus on their payroll was always ill and the didn't make any effort to find any alternative option. Laura in concierge made no attempt. Furthermore, her behaviour was unacceptable when we followed up and she rolled her eyes and in general she lacked customer service ethic. We had higher expectations from this hotel.

A good location, easy walk into the old town.

A disappointing room. After booking a superior room, on arrival I could not see any difference to other standard hotel rooms that I have stayed in, hardly a superior room experience! Renovations ongoing which we were not advised about at the time of booking. WE DID NOT APRECIATE HEARING YAPPING DOGS IN A ROOM NEAR OURS AT 23:00! 😡 A hotel without bar facilities!! A first for me. 😳

The fact that the room was very reasonably priced, that we can bring our dog, parking was available and the location. The staff were welcoming, friendly and proficient. Stylish environment. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay,already. Having the parking valet to take away and bring your car back to the hotel was also a nice touch.

The on-line check in confused matters as the booking came up under my wife’s name as I had entered her details after mine. Meant that, initially, my name didn’t show on the system! But the very nice gentleman sorted it out quickly, and with charm. €35 for the dog is a little excessive, though you do get a bowl and bed - neither of which we needed as we had those with us,as travelling by car. Nice touch, though.

Amazing hotel!! Great location… very friendly staff!! We took our dog and the hotel provided a bed, bowl and treats for him. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was beautiful!! I would highly recommend l!

I asked for adjoining rooms because of the kids staying with us. On the floor plan it looks like the rooms adjoining but they’re 10 meters away. A little annoying.

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located, wonderful rooms with great bed quality and well-stoked bathrooms (not just shower gel and shampoo but also a bamboo toothbrush). Would recommend.

Nothing. Other than the location, it had nothing good going for it. A two/three star hotel falsely promoting itself as a four star. It should turn in at least one if not two of it stars and come clean. Stop misleading people into believing that they'll receive more than the very poor standard of accommodation that's on offer.

See above. Quality of accommodation and facilities very old and tired. Needs major refurb, plus staff training. I emailed asking that they make a reservation of dinner as restaurant didn't have online reservation facility. Even provided them with the phone number (I don't speak Spanish). Gave them options for alternatives restaurant types if the selected one was closed. No response / acknowledgement of request from hotel. Followed them again. On arrival, discovered that no reservation had been made anywhere and no options for walk-in provided either. Totally lacking on customer service front. There were other examples around asking for an iron and ironing board, but sure you're getting the picture.
