Nothing. It exceeded expectations for a stopover hotel

Now exceeding more than 10 booking in this hotel, we started with the normal double rooms. It is old, the hygiene was very poor to bad, bad cleaning, hairs everywhere, bathroom was poor, broken tiles, damaged walls and ceilings etc. There is no way one can make such room clean enough to stay. All other times we had to clean the room to make it acceptable, heating in the winter not working etc etc. we complained every time. They put us in the suite, which is the most expensive room they have, for the tariff of the double room. The room was ok (not used that much, you could smell that). Each time after that we booked this room full tariff to be satisfied. So in resume it has nothing to do with money, we want a clean room for our stay (each time 1 night only). Last time we ordered chicken from the day-menu at 2120u kitchen closed at 2130u kitchen was not available. This hotel is not recommendable and for sure does not deserve 4 stars at all. The restaurant is good, we see good products and the staff is very very friendly but is not able to offer a solution when they are out f chicken.....

Always stay here when travelling from France into Spain. Comfortable hotel, excellent staff. Safe parking. Restaurant offers great food. Easy walk into figueres. Comfortable beds Small fridge in room

Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Great, quiet room with lovely view. Excellent restaurant.

Food was excellent

The hotel is really worn out and need some modernisations. Gloomy, dark with grumpy service. Loud noise from the streets, which affect the quality of the sleep as the windows are not sound proof.
