Tranquilidad... apertura del alma en una ciudad granítica y fortificada.

La ubicación es excelente. El aparcameinto está en lo alto del castillo y no hay otra opción porque el terreno no lo permite. El desayuno, tal vez por decir algo, poca variedad, pero sinceramente de muy buena calidad.

La decoración es muy antiguada y triste. Está basada en tonos marrones, colores análogos y ninguna apuesta apuesta por el color. Los muebles ya están muy usados y los signos de uso son muy muy visibles.

Tolles Hotel in super Lage mit extrem nettem Personal! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Lage des Hotels ist top und die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war spektakulär! Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere Juan; ich habe selten so nette und engagierte Mitarbeiter gesehen. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte neben Sofa und Sessel eine Liege. Das Hotel ist sehr schön (früheres Palast) und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Wir haben einen Wasserkocher vermisst, um sich eine Tasse Tee zu kochen.

Estancia en Trujillo en un palacio.

La ubicación es excelente, el hotel está prácticamente en la plaza mayor. Las habitaciones son cómodas y grandes. Los servicios ofrecidos están a la altura de esta cadena hotelera, al igual que el precio. El edificio es un palacio renacentista del siglo XVI rehabilitado, que convierte la estancia en una experiencia única. El buffet del desayuno era bastante bueno y la amabilidad del personal dentro de lo correcto.

El parking está en un solar sin asfaltar y a la intemperie, en la ladera del castillo, y el acceso al mismo conlleva cruzar medio casco histórico. Es mucho más recomendable, si se tiene oportunidad, aparcar en alguna calle adyacente. Una de las ventanas de la habitación no cerraba del todo y dejaba pasar algo de ruido y corriente. El sistema de climatización era algo ruidoso.

The bed was comfortable and the downtown location was great, it's right in front of Plaza Mayor

Accessibility with a large car or SUV is difficult as the hotel is situated in the heart of the old town (medieval), so just dropping off your bags and checking in needs a bit of work. We parked for the nights in a private underground car park that cost €9 for 24 hours and about 5 minutes walk (uphill) , with temperatures of 38 degrees Celsius 🔥, I had a good sweat worked up by the time I got back to the hotel 😂. The rooms on the second floor means you need to take 2 elevators.

Highly Recommend

Lovely historic hotel in a great central location. Very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Staff member assisted us with the parking. Spacious bedrooms. If you are in the town on a Thursday, there is a very good market less than ten minutes away. Ask at reception for directions. Great local pub at the top of the market which is worth a visit.

There was not anything that we didn't like.

16th century palace with comfortable room

16th century palace, so great ancient vibe. we had a modern room next to the swimming pool. breakfast was excellent.

it was significantly cheaper to book direct with the hotel than on booking.com, so I am frustrated about our first to nights cost versus the third

lovely hotel in a nice location.

Large room with very comfortable bed. great location with a lovely view over the Plaza Mayor. Breakfast was nice, with a good choice. Easy walk down to the square and village from the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and assisted with parking the car, which was in a car park above the hotel.

The decor was a bit dark and sombre and we felt that it could do with brightening up.

Nice place, very well situated by the Plaza Mayor.

No wifi at all for IOS (Apple), but working properly for android???. A little bit complicated the parking access. No restaurant, and the breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel. It was an old palace full of stairs up and down to get the room.
