My room was lovely, the hotel was lovely and the restaurants were very good.

A localização é excepcional. O atendimento perfeito.

The customer service experience, the room and complimentary bites to eat!
This was me and my girlfriends first hotel experience, and we were treated with just as much respect as everyone else (despite not looking the type to go to a fancy hotel like this).
Considering going back next year.
Tad on the pricey side, especially the parking, but you do get your money's worth considering the location.

Everything was great about hotel and location.
Breakfast - it was too complicated knowing what to order and what price it was. Pretty sure you could have simplied it.
Cooked breakfast could have been better - I would have prefered to have received a plate of freshly cooked food.

The Hotel location is perfect, very central to all the sites however not on a busy street. The common areas and rooms are lovely, very British which I love. The staff are exceptional, nothing is to much trouble.

nicely remodeled bathroom - great shower, comfortable bed; hotel was very busy with runners for London Marathon staying there thus breakfast area busy and crowded - I sat in the first room where people wanting to eat clogged area by the entrance ...perhaps moving reception out into sitting area would help then dining area would be more relaxed and quiet.
when breakfast area is full it is a bit noisy

We love everything about this hotel, the service, the food, the Leopard Bar, the rooms and its proximity to attractions. This is our 3rd stay and we will be staying on our next visit to London.

Lovely place. Staff Always remember us when we’re there at least 4-5 times and we’ll keep going back
I know it’s not weather appropriate but I do love that chocolate

The room 47 was a spacious room with good facilities and very comfortable, also had some lovely gifts on arrival on the bed, the bed was extremely comfy and spacious and still allowed room to move around easily.

Beautiful old place that is fully renovated and comfortable. Very welcoming and staff are excellent
As you would expect with an older building the plumbing at times meant multiple toilet flushes but not an issue

The staff are very friendly, hospitable and couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasant
My stay was too short :-)

Location was great, staff were outstanding. The decor was appropriately British conservative.
Having stayed at the Montague several times when travelling solo for work, I'd always enjoyed it. However, for two people with luggage for a lengthy holiday, the tiny room was no fun.

The Montague, comprising beautifully converted townhouses, in a fabulous location around the corner from the British Museum, is warm and welcoming with a quirky but luxurious feel.
As a solo female traveller I felt very secure at The Montague.
The bar and dining options are worth staying in for and the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable - no minibar but excellent tea/coffee making facilities - withgood room service and a great bathroom.
All the staff were invariably friendly, helpful and polite.
My second stay at The Montague will hopefully not be my last.
I truly enjoyed my stay at The Montague, my only complaint being I would have liked to stay a few more days

The staff are amazing. Especially Mustafa. Been here several times. Never disappoints.
We had an accessible room which was very spacious but took away some of the boutique quality we like.

The room was absolutely adorable. All the little touches inside the room did not go unnoticed - the delicious biscuits, welcome card, nice robes, everything. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful if I needed anything. Their bartenders were absolutely amazing - one of the best espresso martinis I have ever had! The location was amazing - practically a quick 15 min cab ride to anywhere.
The themed bar did not look like it did in the pictures on their website. This was a big thing I was looking forward to but unfortunately, it was underwhelming.

Good and friendly service. Close to British museum.
Old facility. Tap water was broken and we couldn’t stop hot water. It happed early morning and upsetting. Also a chair caster came off.

Incredible and i loved dining at the restaurant and bar area. I highly recommend this hotel. I also traveled with my elderly parents, one of which uses a Walker and it was great for them. Location was great too. Walking distance or easy train access to a lot of sights!

room was the smallest I ever stayed in.
the smell in the room was terrible. had to have my window open all the time, so the room was cold.
the bathroom was so small it couldn’t fit two people.
the price was way too high for this room.
The breakfast didn’t look good to us, so we decided to go somewhere else. bed was also very small.
