Zimmer bestens ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas klein; insges. aber gut. Frühstück sehr gut, Bar wird wohl nicht so intensiv genutzt; insges. aber gut. Personal hervorragend. Garage ausgezeichnet und auch preislich sehr gut. Da unser Zimmer durch die Sonne sehr aufgeheizt war, hat man uns unkompliziert ein anderes gegeben; vielen DAnk dafür.

Die Klimaanlage zeigte kaum Wirkung, ein bisschen mehr Energie wäre schön gewesen.

A really good hotel. Located within walking distance to the city center and the harbor. Breakfast was good. I used the hotel parking, and the system works really well. All in all a good hotel to stay at for business or for a holiday in Esbjerg.

I don't have any dislikes for this hotel. The only small annoying thing is the parking around the hotel, but the hotel have a solution to park in the their basement. The breakfast could maybe also have more variety.

The car park, for guests who have not stayed there before I didn’t feel the the sign posting to the basement car park was obvious and visible enough. I assumed that the car park like hotels in the UK was owned by the hotel I unfortunately parked in an area that wasn’t operated by the hotel, although my hire car was only for 10 minutes I had a parking ticket placed on the at a potential cost of 590 Danish crowns. whilst the reception staff did their best to contact the operating company I am still awaiting a decision on whether I will have to pay this fine or not

Well located on the edge of the town centre

The room was tired and in need of a refresh; would benefit from carpet rather than laminate flooring, and the curtains were coming off the hooks. The bathroom bin and the coffee marker had not been emptied of rubbish and I had to ask for an additional single duvet despite booking for one adult and two children.

Last visited many years back and has not changed much. pleasant check in experience, room was nice, restaurant was nice, staff were pleasant, though steak was not great and expensive! overall this is a nice place but there’s is better for less money in town. They need to revise their price but I guess when rooms are so limited in Esbjerg they may not.

Rooms need to be renovated. And the rest of the hotel either. Towels were clean and fresh but also not very new. I felt like in the very cheap hotel. But this one is not - the price is not commensurate with the quality at all.
