Rude receptionist

One very rude receptionist couldn't even borrow me a teaspoon that could use to eat my salad. Asked kindly for a fork or a spoon whatever what could use, arrived late evening. Said even that will wash it straight away and bring it back to her, but no. Seriously.. I saw that they had in their Coffee room behind the reception at least teaspoons. How can you treat your clients like that..

Olen selles hotellis ka varem ööbinud, aga kahestes tubades - senini olen väga rahul olnud.

Tualett oli väga puhas ja ei haisenud, soe vesi tuli dušist kiiresti. Riided mahtusid stangele ära.

Tuba ise haises uriini järele. Õhk oli külm ja kuna oli väike ühekohaline tuba, siis kokku moodustas see ülikitsa külma haisva olmetunde. Olin sunnitud järgnevateks öödeks mingi lõhtalahendusvariandi ostma, et suuta seeles toas neli ööd vastu pidada. Aknad olid räpased.

Not worth it, dangerous

It was close to the city centre. Beds were fine. It's suitable for overnight with late check-in (we arrived at about midnight). The staff at the reception was kind and helpful.

The hotel was actually working rather like hostel. It was full of russians, who were noisy during the night and dangerous. At 5am were fighting in the hall and knocking on our room door. Cleanliness was not sufficient, neither in the room (the floor has not been cleaned for a while), nor in the shared bathroom (very dirty). One night was just enough. Couldn't imagine staying there longer.

Подходит на пару ночей

Расположение очень хорошее, центр близко, автовокзал близко, до парома рукой подать. В номере был холодильник, чайник можно взять на рецепции (залог 5 евро наличными). Фен есть. В номере чисто, кровати не плохие.

Слив в душе практически не работает, стоишь по щиколотку в воде и стараешься, чтоб вода через бортик не выливалась, а то пойдёт в номер.

Täitsa hästi, oluline oli asukoht.

Asukoht oli väga mugav, ootused ei olnud toale ja hotellile kõrged aga hinna ja kvaliteedisuhe oli ok.

Vastuvõtus sisseregistreerimisel ei selgitatud, kus söömine või muid teadmisi maja kohta. Hotell vajaks värskendamist, veidi remonti, kaasajastamist.

La camera assegnata aveva l’affaccio sulla strada.

Il personale per nulla accogliente e le camere sporche.

Ok for a short stay

Budget hotel with basic furniture in the rooms. Awesome location, you can reach the city center in 10 min walking. Close to the port as well.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress had a brown stain. Bathroom could have been cleaner and there was no toilet paper.

Kasin, tuba oli väga vana ja külm.

Asukoht

Hommikusöök väga kasin, piimal olid klimbid sees. Teenindus väga halb, ei sõnagi eesti keelt. Lauad olid mustad ja räpased.

There could be better places at a little bit higher price.

Good location. Cheap.

The air-conditioner is central (you cannot stop it) and it was noisy.

Very good

I liked breakfast and clean room, there was big widows too and wiev was cool.

I didn't like that the windows could not be opened just a little bit and the night lights shone all night and they could not be turned off... Maybe we didn't know how to turn off them.

Nothing to complain for the price

It's a nice location, close to the city center but not too chaotic. The bed was pretty comfortable and the breakfast was actually ok (except for the coffee).

The room could have been cleaner and some part of the building requires renovation. It's easy to hear other people outside.

Great value with 24 hour reception

Cheap and cheerful, this was the perfect stopover for one night where I got in late from the airport. The 24 hour reception let me check in at 1am which was extremely helpful.

Rough around the edges but great value for one night.

Disappointing

Breakfast was a suprise for such a cheap price.

You can hear all the voices from other rooms. No parking. Lepisma saccharina insects in the room. Hotel must be desinfected.

Cheap, breakfast okay, good location

Staff is super rude. We tried communicating in Estonian and in English, but they insisted to speak in russian. This is the reason i will never stay in this hotel again.
