Loved our stay at Intercontinental sanctuary cove . Rey relaxed

Pool, room cleaning lady , food , atmosphere , calm , relaxed, buggy rides , view , family play area ,

Room AC was inconsistent. It automatically dropping to the fan I think . It was muggy during the night . They messed up with the kids booking for breakfast and they were kept saying that we have to pay for kids breakfast.

Loved it had a good time, pool area very enjoyable.

Food was brilliant at the Fireplace, pool area fantastic. general ambience very good and exactly what we needed.

Beds too soft pillows are nonexistent need 4 to make it work. Unfortunately, there was a "party" in the next-door room 151 and there was also a gathering of a fair number of people on the grass area in front of a room downstairs and they were still rowdy at 2 am, woke my wife and I. All for people having fun, but it was 2 am either they should have been moved on or had a different place to enjoy themselves.

Thoroughly enjoyed my one night .

The pools were great. My room was very comfortable.

When sitting on the lagoon beach you can see houses on the other side of the river. Trees need to be established to block these out as it reminds you it’s just in a canal estate area.

Lovely for a couple of nights, pool areas particularly nice

The room was large with a balcony. bed comfortable, lots of storage space. Pools were just fabulous. golf cart to help with moving luggage. proximity to shops and restaurants

the view should have been "garden view" but it was actually of the car parking. Its also a long way from reception but golf carts used so not too bad

Despite its reputation, our resort experience was underwhelming, saved only by great staff !!!

The staff were friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful and accommodating - they were by far the best part of our experience at Sanctuary Cove Resort.

Unfortunately, in my opinion, the resort did not live up to its exclusive, 5 star, high-end, accommodation experience. The restaurants had only a small selection of meals and for such a high end resort, the variety was disappointing and lacked a few basic culinary options. Wrt our accommodation, the rooms were fairly basic. The mini-bar items were very expensive, which, for what we were paying for our accommodation, I would have hoped for a few more complimentary items, other than tea and coffee - E.g. bottled water, a couple of juices and/ or, soft drinks and possibly even a couple of beers, or a bottle of wine and some nibblies. The room was generally clean, but when I grabbed the rainwater, shower head, there was grime build-up (or something like that) on the top of it, that obviously hadn't been cleaned properly. Overall, we were left very underwhelmed with the whole experience. It was only the friendliness of the staff and the banter we shared with them, that saved the experience for us !!!

The location suited for the night but wouldn’t be recomending

The staff were lovely …the gardens were poor, need a lot of planting and care… the stairs and stairwells were dirty, need a good pressure clean… the room was nice, very clean and tidy…unsure of the security from the front slider door, balcony is quite insecure …coffee was terrible…

We had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms were really lovely - clean, bright and modern. The staff were amazing, especially at breakfast and when we checked out. Would definitely come back to stay at the InterContinental. Our breakfast was included in the price and was absolutely amazing! We used to be taken by buggy to the restaurants at Sanctuary Cove and the guys dropping us off and picking us up were incredible and so friendly and helpful.

Perhaps could do with a bit of updating in certain areas. A bit understaffed in the bar area and unfortunately we would not recommend The Fireplace restaurant. Food was average the the 2 young waitresses were doing their best, but the 2 people (chefs) behind the counter where the fireplace is looked like they really didn’t want to be at work!

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I don't want to go anymore. It's the worst hotel ever.

That there was a kangaroo.

I heard that due to the impact of Corona, many excellent staff members have quit. The service is not up to par. Overall, the staff has a bad attitude.

the view from the room was pleasant beautiful greenery bush trees, beds were bit old and uncomfortable

new beds comfortable mattress and pillow options, more than one toilet paper especially a family of 3 and staying for 3 days didn't need to keep calling to get toilet paper delivered

Lovely location and breakfast was delicious. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Was very clean and pretty location. Very thoughtful that they left a card and complimentary chocolate & wine for our celebration.

The beds were a little uncomfortable especially the pillows. I thought there may have been spares in the cupboard.

Long checkin and then was refused service at the bar at 10:03pm yet they continued to serve ‘club’ guests. They rectified the situation after we went to reception

Perfect relxing spot

Loved how comfortable and chic the room. We just wanted a relaxing weekend away and the resort over delivered. Beautiful view and peaceful setting. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved that there was our own little coffee machine.

I truley loved the International. It was elegant, and made me feel important and upper class.

Very comfortable bed, really grand accomodations.
