Personnel aux bons soins. Atmosphère calme dans un lieu géographique brouillant (carrefour). Frigo avec produits à manger et à boire, à la réception. Café sur place ou à emporter1 à toute heure. Chambres 2ème étage, renovées et propres = merci aux dames de ménage Dépôt valise gratuite.
Chambre sans possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Si la moquette est aspirée tous les jours, c'est parfait pour éviter les acariens. Pas de bouilloire en chambre. Petit-déjeuner varié, mais ne justifie pas les 19 Frs demandés !! Donnez à votre arrivée le mail pr recevoir les billets pr transport gratuit en ville de Lausanne dès le premier jour de votre séjour, car Booking ne transmets aucune donnée (Phone, mail) à l'établissement.

Die Fenster im Zimmer lassen sich nicht öffnen, wodurch es sehr warm war, weil man keine frische Luft bekommt, auch mit der elektrischen Lüftung, die gefühlt die gleiche Luft im Zimmer zirkuliert hat
Tür im Bad war sehr laut- sollte vermutlich repariert werden

It was clean and comfortable
The car parking garage is very low but ok. The location was ok but felt slightly unsafe at night. When we got to Breakfast there was nothing left with no milk in coffee machine no cups or cutlery and the staff looked like they needed help as the girl was over whelmed with the volume of people.

Het is vanaf het station bereikbaar met trolleybus lijnen 3 Bellevaux 20 en 21 Blecherette. Uitstappen bij de halte St Roch.

Excellent, clean and easy stay for city trips. We were here to visit a concert in the nearby "Les Docks" venue. All good and nice breakfast. Will come again.
The windows in the rooms cant be opened.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr „basic“. Das Fenster konnte weder geöffnet noch gekippt werden, was das Lüften des Zimmers unmöglich machte. Kein Bodylotion oder Creme, kein Kühlschrank. Der Preis von CHF 19 fürs Frühstück ist zu hoch.

Nous avons apprécié la taille des chambres et de la salle de bain. Nous étions au 5e étage côté cour et c’était très silencieux par rapport à d’autres ibis fréquentés en France. Aussi fût une agréable surprise le ménage et le lit fait tous les jours. La salle du petit déjeuner un peu petite pour le nombre de personnes que le a fréquentent. Le petit déjeuner correcte, sans plus. Très bien situé pour visiter Lausanne à pied et en transport public puisque la ville a un accord avec l’hôtel qui fournit la carte de transport pour tout le séjour. Pas négligeable surtout que les trains sont impeccablement à l’heure en Suisse.
La salle du petit déjeuner devrait être géré par des créneaux horaires selon les chambres. Trop de monde au même temps.

Great location! Centrally located. Near lots of shops and restaurants. Near bus stops and a few mins walk from the Metro. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff did an excellent job with our rooms everyday.
I travelled with my children; it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

The beds were really comfortable and nice quiet rooms. Lovely bathroom ensuites.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very useful to book our luggage in early. The breakfast was good.
The breakfast room was quite crowded at the time we came down. A big group had their luggage with them, taking up some of the empty seats. Perhaps luggage could be stored away while people eat?
