The hotel's central location is its best selling point and it does an adequate job overall for a one-night stay. The rooms were OK, quite spacious, with a little kitchenette area.

There was no lounge or bar area, just a reception area just off the street, and the small mezzanine breakfast area was not appealing (so we went out into the adjacent shopping mall).

I was given a corner room, which was very spacious.

I chose this hotel specifically because I wanted a room with a bathtub (not just a shower) and confirmed it with the hotel prior to my stay. However, the plug in the bathtub was broken and I could not take a bath, only a shower. I asked reception for help, but was told no one could assist as it was a Sunday. What a disappointment.

I liked that the room was clean and well organized, has a good location next to the Gare de Lille Flandres.

The wifi was not working so I had to use my personal phone internet to work in my room.

We enjoyed our stay here. Spacious room, comfortable beds, beautiful view, and perfect location. Friendly staff as well. great value!
