We loved our experience and stay in Killarney!

We loved how everyone was so genuine and friendly! The manager went out of her way to make my son’s congratulatory trip to Ireland special ( he graduated from medical school). She had congratulatory chocolates & a hand written card waiting for us upon arrival to our room. He kept the card! Thanks for holding a special place for us and thanks for giving us good recommendations on the hiking situation! The room was beautiful, comfortable & clean. The breakfast was great. Out of our 10 day trip, this hotel rated the highest in terms of their pure hospitality. Thank you.

Torrential rain for 3 days, The fireplace was a warm welcome each time we returned!

The staff is super attentive and helpful. The setting is beautiful, the fireplace in the lobby, very short walk to the best pubs, and the breakfast was lovely, and delicious. The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms were spacious, with all the amenities. Very nice lobby and bistro to spend time in.

Nothing that I can come up with, all the staff was extremely professional. They went out of their way to please or assist with any local information, the best! (And they printed it out, without being asked)

Supreme Breakfast

Really well located and delicious breakfast with gluten free good options!

Couldn’t open the window and some of the things of the room were really old and in a bad shape (which didn’t affect or stay)

Lovely place to spend a few days whilst exploring Kerry

We had a lovely few days at the Killarney Royal Hotel. A lovely old hotel that has been kept up to date in comfort whilst keeping some of its old charm. The staff in the hotel are world class, everyone is so friendly and couldn't help enough. A special mention to John who looked after the hotel during the night. John, you're a gentleman and made our day whenever we bumped into for a chat. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

We had a large bag of laundry to do and chose to do it outside the hotel which ended up costing 90% less than doing it with the hotel. The pricing was too high for a comparable service

Your breakfast was good but could use more gluten free options. Your staff was great!

Our room was not getting WiFi which was very problematic as we needed to talk with our kids. It’s not convenient to go to the lobby to get wife. I did speak with the manager and they were aware of the issue and trying to resolve it.

Nice hotel but not worth it.

Loved the location. Nice old hotel but a little dated.

Customer service was lacking a bit. Couldn’t figure out what the issue was outside a the workers being a bit younger and not caring much for their job. Room was never clean. Again no caring put in is what you get.

Very good

We got room upgrade to an AMAZING spacious room due to running water issues. Staff were so lovely and courteous. We also loved the putting game :)

Amazing place, beautiful hotel, loved it!

We had a chance to stay in the junior suite and the room was amazing!!! Very central and everything is close by. loved it!

There was a Nesspresso machine in the room, with coffee pads, but no cups to put the coffee in.
