1 stop hotel: food, drinks and work place all under 1 roof.

Free parking in front, super fast check-in, rooms are upgraded soon but already good enough, clean, perfect pillows and functioning WiFi. Beautiful hotel bar, copy restaurant with good food and very nice staff everywhere in the hotel. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

I would advice to upgrade the wifi. In the hall way the signal was significant stronger than in the room itself. But this is not a complaint.

we were at an event in P & J and this hotel is only a 5 min walk from the venue. Just perfect

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and very helpful, room was adequate for us, Dod have dinner but breakfast was nice

Best Hotel

The staff were excellent food was really excellent good value for money our second time at this hotel and hopefully we'll be back sometime this year 😀 👍

Convenient for one night stay if attending P&J

proximity to P&J concert hall

extremely small bedroom with small double bed! tiny bathroom renovated which had been into “wet “room… hardly enough room to get into shower which was squeezed in beside toilet! the shower was right beside bedroom door with tiny shower screen (8ins) wide! water went everywhere! no place to put soap etc .. had to put them on toilet seat whilst in shower!

Very good

Great location for events at the local arena. Easy walking distance back and forth.

Room decor could perhaps do with some updating but the restaurant was nice and modern looking.

Clean, good location, restaurant good selection of dishes. Staff friendly. Room good size.

Wheelchair access was not ideal. Maisonette room at far end of hotel.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. It was convenient and the staff were lovely.

The location was perfect for attending a show at P & J Live. Breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar area and dining room were very smart and comfortable.

Oh dear me, the rooms are in dire need of updating. It was like walking into the 1980s except the bathroom which had obviously been upgraded recently! Why just do part of the room? The bed also needs replacing, it was very hard and creaked at the slightest movement. The rooms make what could be a great hotel, just adequate for an overnight stay.

Fantastic Hotel, Great Staff, Lovely food.

We had the Gleneagles Suite for a one night stay and I can't recommend The Craighaar Hotel more. We were pleasantly greeted on arrival, and directed to all areas and amenities of the premises. Our room was lovely and clean, and very comfortable. I particularly liked the bathroom and shower. The food was really good, my wife says the haggis bon bons are actually probably the best she's ever had! All the staff team were really nice and looked after us. I must mention Leon in particular, he made a great impression on us with his customer care, and general manner, a lovely guy.... someone give that man a pay rise! In all honesty though, the whole staff team were great throughout our stay and helped to make sure we had a memorable Anniversary. I just want to add that the breakfast selection was also great... the massive hangover not so much 🤣 So a hearty well prepared cooked breakfast was very much appreciated, which is in addition to a wide selection from a continental buffet. We will absolutely be back for a stay soon 👍🏼 A+++

Enjoyable stay,a bit pricey for food and drink but staff are a real asset.

Food was fine,but not exceptional,a bit pricey for what was pretty basic fare,steak pie,fish and chips.Staff were excellent and made our stay pleasant.

The bed !!! Worst nights sleep in a long time,matress was solid,,neither myself,wife or our guests had a good word to say about the beds,and it was also a topic at breakfast with other gueasts.Windows did not open,not brilliant.shower had nowhere to put the complimentary toileteries whilst in the shower.Toilet seat was so high my wifes legs were left dangling in mid air !

Overall good

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms.

Overpriced breakfast. Location is not great if you're looking to stay close to the city centre.

I will stay again due to location

Nice place but a few stains around the room

Breakfast was pretty average. No one about at 7am for service. Eventually a young guy who kept running his hands through his long hair appeared.

The food was really good - good choice for evening meals and the cooked breakfast was very good also. Staff also very nice and friendly

There is no getting away from the fact the rooms are pretty dated. The overall is good but it could be brilliant if the rooms were a bit more modern and comfortable.
