Good but missing some key things

Great location for sightseeing. Quiet. Spotlessly clean. Good shower pressure and comfortable bed Ironing board+ iron present

No kettle!!! I absolutely 100% checked absolutely every cupboard. There's the box for a kettle and there's a coffee maker, but no kettle. No tea towels specifically for drying dishes Shower doors very rickety and almost falling off.

Clean and very nice apartment. The host was great. The safe was a little difficult to find but it was no problem. Thank you!!

Nice apartment in the center

Very friendly and clean apartments, close to the center. Easy to reach all destinations in the center of the city. Good kitchen with all necessary equipment. The host helped us to handle every problem very quickly

The parking place was a bad-surprise thing for us, but the owner really very helped to fit this.

Clean but smoky

Clean but smoky. Smoking is supposed to be prohibited but the ashtray in the apartment shows the revers is true. Calm area but a bit far from restaurants. Wrong address on booking.com. Excellent communication with the host.

Very old and outdated matteresses. Furthermore wrong address. Booking.com was informed about the wrong adress stated in the advertisment but hasn't insisted yet by the host.

Beautiful,clean and convenient appartment in the centre of Sofia

The appartment is really nice, it has all the necessary things which one can need during the family trip.It is extremely clean, and the service was outstanding- Iliana was very helpful, patient and always available and we received an immediate answer to all our questions and needs. The location is also very comfortable, few minutes from the main street, easy to get by metro, no need to rent a car at all. They also helped us with the transfer from and to the airport at very reasonable price, it was wonderful

The photo in Booking are from several different apartments, until we get to the place,I had no idea how does it look like. Anyway, it is even better than we thought and we don't have any complains

Poor

Street Vitosha

Very bad place not as shown on the map and far from Vitosha Street and the treatment of the apartment owner is bad. and the apartment is not as shown in the pictures.

Overall great value for the money.

Location, responsiveness of the hosts, easy check-in/check-out procedures. Hosts were able to accommodate a late check-out (the information in booking.com was not updated to reflect a new earlier checkout time).

Although the apartment is updated, it's in an old building which comes with some downsides (no elevator, some unlikable insects, etc.)

Perfect location. Very nice atmosphere, quiet street, close to city centre. The apartment was clean and pleasant, communication with host was easy.

Overall i am satisfied with the stay with minor notes to keep in mind!

the property was really clean and tidy which i liked the most!

One of the downsides was that at 9:10 PM we were receiving calls for being too loud. This was on a Saturday night which was completely absurd! To add up i do not believe we were noisy at all! Another issue popped up when we realise that our group of six were on the different streets and were not in the same building as it usually goes on booking.com from my experience so far. Although the apartments were nice, you should keep an eye on the details if you are a large group as the add mentions that they offer 10 apartments in the centre without specifying that you might be allocated in different locations. The distance was 13 min walk but it was still unpleasant. Lastly the key for one of the flats was from the other flat so we had to go back and take it from the first one which added frustration.

Superb

The apartment was in the center of Sofia, only five minutes walking away from Vitosha str., it was really comfortable, it was perfectly heated and it was very clean. It's a very good choice and I would prefer it in case of going back to Sofia.

Nice place

Appartment was clean, enough furnished and well located. The staff/manager contacted us through Whatsapp for guide us, it was nice.

Elevator often out of service, terrible wifi and lack of cleaning service (they offer us only once during all week)

The apartment is in an excellent location. The place has everything you need. The hosts are reliable and accommodating. Would definitely go back!

Need a better mattress

Location was great, was clean, staff was very helpful and nice

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the mattress. My husband and I could not sleep on this bed without waking up in pain. We had to sleep on the couch, which was missing the mattress for a foldout bed. The light in the hallway wasn’t bright enough until the last 2 nights.

Brand new enlightened flat in the centre of Sofia

Excellent flat in the center of Sofia, recent building with elevator, wide rooms and living room, very well enlightened flat on last floor, fully equipped kitchen and nice roof-top terraces. Wi-Fi excellent.

The beds mattress are not the most comfortable. Parking in the area is difficult and expensive.
