Preis Leistung ist top für die Lage.
Es war sauber, wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und die Aussicht war sehr schön vom Zimmer aus.
Die Duschen sind generell in Italien etwas eng geschnitten und haben meistens keine Ablage für die Dusch Artikel aber das ist nur ein Luxus Problem.

Central location. Rooms are on the bigger size and we had a huge double shower. Friendly staff.
I would've expected a bottle of water in the fridge. No tea and coffee facilities. Lots of steps to climb but you do get a nice view of the rooftops.

The room was kept super clean and tidy and the bathroom was excellent! air con in the room. modern and lovely to stay in. the view from the bedroom was the best part. a highlight of our trip! just sitting on the bed looking out at the tower, the birds and the weather changes.
the only downside was the 4 storeys of stairs due to their not being an elevator. would have been a 10 if there was an elevator but overall very happy with our stay

Location was the key element. it was a short walk to key tourist attractions. the metro and train stations weren’t too far away.

The room was actually a full apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. We arrived on bikes and they have an excellent bicycle storage room. My understanding is some rooms may be much smaller.

One of the best locations in town I would say. Friendly owners. The room was clean and everything works great. Space might be a little tight for two, but more than enough for single travelers. Overall I think it's of great value.

the hotel was on the top floor and I think this was the disadvantage of this hotel. you have to take the stairs and pass about 20 or more to reach the hotel

Albergo Centrale staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was relatively big, and was very clean. The location is central and close to main sights.
The rooms' walls are very thin and so we could hear other guests in their rooms all the time, even when they went to the bathroom. It was so noisy that we could barely sleep. The hotel is three or four storeys up without any lift, so it could be a problem for guests with luggage.

The location is perfect. The staff is very kind and help. The room was spacious, new and very clean. There is free tea and coffee in the reception.
The only disadvantage of the hotel is lack of lift. It was not a problem for me to climb up 4 floors but it can be difficult for those who have heavy luggages.

The room was very clean with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of Siena. The staff were very friendly and helpful. By far the best part is the location on a quiet side street - it is a 2 minute walk to Piazza Campo with plenty of restaurants around it. Generally a very good stay with the location the absolute highlight.
The stairs! 4 flights of stairs without a lift was a bit of a challenge (and we are both young, fit and healthy!). Some of the rooms features were either old or didn't work e.g., mirror in bathroom has seen better days, TV had no signal (although this didn't bother us so much as we didn't have time to watch any). Lastly, the walls are very very thin - we were woken quite early each morning by housekeeping and other guests. I'd have also loved to have had coffee making facilities, to truly experience the terrace.

4th floor - no elevator!! Coffee set outside the room. No air conditioning in some rooms but there are fans.

Placed in the city center. Less than 10 minutes on foot from piazza del campo and the Duomo.
The air conditioning was an electronic fan, not enough. So we slept bad because of the heat.

The location is perfect and the man who runs the hotel is phenomenally helpful. He went out of his way to help me, even though it meant he had to climb the stairs back up again. The room was clean and the balcony was a bonus.
I know AC isn’t important most of the year there, but it was pretty hot during my stay. I don’t mind having to walk several flights of stairs, so I’m not going to mark that as a negative.

Location was very good..just few steps to center
It is 5th floor of a building.Other floors are residence of the families.No elevator.Carried our cases till 5th floor ourselves.Stairs were steep.If you re old or,obesity or cardiac problem not for you.If you dont mind climbing perfect.Owners very nice people...No breakfast service in the hotel.
