A great location to experience the essence of Seoul, with many

ロケーションが良く、王宮やショッピング街にアクセスが便利。

連休中だったこともあり、ベッドメイキング等のサービスがほとんど、ありませんでした。

最初エレベーターの使い方（高層階）がわからなかったが、聞きに行ったら教えてくれたので大丈夫でした。

Our stay at Orakai was great and I would definitely stay there again in the future!

The location was great and the room was very spacious and clean.

the limited number of devices that could use the wifi was kind of inconvenient. We would have liked more firm pillows.

Hottest hotel

The staff are beautiful.

The rooms only have either heating or cooling, not both. These are changed once a year by staff. The problem is you have no control. Even in Spring on a 20degree day outside the rooms sit at 26 degrees. This is with air-conditioning. Opening the windows is the only way to make a difference. The hotel has a limited supply of portable fans. The other thing is the breakfast. It is the worst buffet breakfast. Scrambled eggs, rice and one random dish such as hamburger patties.

Third bedroom without window almost not usable because ventilation/ air conditioning not working for the entire 10 days stay Room furniture and carpet needs better cleaning and renovation

Mükemmel konumda keyifli bir yer

2 yatak odali dairede konakladık. Konum mükemmel, tertemiz, yataklar konforlu ve çok keyifliydi. Her yere yürüyerek gittik. Tavsiye ederim .

Nice facilities but not cheap

Right in the heart of Seoul's tourist area...close to the palace, etc.

Air conditioning is centrally controlled. We came from a temperate climate so cooler evenings suit us. Not being able to switch the AC to cooling meant we had nights where the room was 25+ degrees. Also, we booked partially based on a previous review which extolled the virtues of the spa after a long day...for us the spa was out of use.

Sono stata a Pasqua con la mia famiglia, perfetta per famiglie. Tornerei sicuramente !

Non abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel ma in camera perfettamente attrezzata. Stanza molto ampia anche bagno. Materasso comodissimo. Vicino alla vera Corea . Molto silenzioso. Pressione acqua ottima. Elettrodomestici nuovi.

Stellar location but not as comfortable as hoped

The location was superb. Having the washer and kitchen was great.

The bed, bed pillows, and air temperature in the room was uncomfortable. We had to contact the front desk to address the thermostat but it was way too stuffy during our stay. We had to open the windows to provide fresh air and cooler temps as the temperature was controlled by central settings.

Beautiful suite in a central location for families

Huge suite for our family of 4, super comfortable stay in a convenient location near 3 metro stations and the Ik Seong dong area. Pool is indoors and there are lifeguards.

The room service was quite slow. No water provided in the room.

長期滞在、家族での滞在にお勧めします。

観光地仁寺洞の入口近くにあり、地下鉄へのアクセスも良く、とても良い立地でした。スタッフは韓国語、英語だけが通じるようでした。３ベッドルームに４人で５泊しましたが、お願いして毎日タオルも取り替えていただきました。キッチン用品、レンジ、ポット・・自炊に便利、洗濯乾燥機もありましたので毎日選択ができました。（洗剤の備え付けはありません。）セブンやコンビニは目の前です。おすすめです。

洗濯洗剤が備え付けてあったら良かった思っています。土曜日午前中はロッテマートへのピストンバスがあるようでしたが、平日にもっとあれば食料品の調達に便利かと思いました。（私たちは地下鉄でソウル駅ロッテマートまで行って４泊分の朝食の材料を買って帰りました。）

A great hotel for families in a wonderful neighborhood.

We loved the large size of the apartment and the pool. We loved having laundry in the unit. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for getting around Seoul and great food nearby.

We wish the pool was open later, and the heat/cooling was adjustable any time of year.

The location is amazing, next to the prime street of Insadong, it’s easy to walk to everywhere. Parking being included was a bonus. The 3 bedroom apartment we got was HUGE, bigger than most typical residential apartments in Seoul.

The facilities are worn out. The pool and sauna area was not well maintained, and not cleaned well. It was a holiday weekend, and there was no cleaning service being offered, and the pool and sauna were left in a poor condition.

Location was perfect as close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Room was exceptional clean and very comfortable with everything I needed for my stay.

For people who need a large size accommodation with multi bed rooms.

Fitness gym, location, cleanliness, coordial staff..

the room is very dry ( winter season))and for person with dry skin may need humidifier. in the main floor reception corridor, there is display of korean artwork. One of the artwork has gold guilted human feces. This art work is in bad taste and smelly.

there are only two thin pillows on the bed and no cushion for lounging on such a big sofa, so I hope there are more supplementary pillows or cushions

교통이 편리하고 주위에 먹을 곳이 많음. 세탁기가 있어서 여행 중 빨래를 할수 있어서 큰 도움이 됨.

꽤나 추워진 날씨였는데 난방이 안됨. 정해진 날짜가 되어야만 난방을 시작한다고 함. 밤에 정말 추웠슴.

Spacious with ample facilities and dining options within and nearby

Located next to a 7-11 that ran 24/7, Coffee Bean and restaurant downstairs, walkable distance to cultural spots (less than 500m) and Myeongdong shopping (1km). Service apartments were spacious and had more space than expected. The location felt comfortable and not crowded at all. Staff were attentive and quick to follow up requests of extra pillows, airport taxi booking and helping us with our travels. Hotel was always manned with 1 front desk staff and 1 security/door man. Definitely worth the price paid for.

Pillows are too soft and lumpy. Beds are a bit stiff and wobbly unlike most hotel memory foam types. Some fixtures like bedroom door knob were spoilt, some were missing the door lock. Some under-used areas were dusty such as behind the curtains of the single bedroom. Access cards are a bit hard to use, some slightly faulty and hard to scan the lift access. There is no housekeeping service on weekends.

Great place to stay. Well worth it.

Staff were excellent. Always helpful and so polite and friendly. Apartment was perfect, very spacious with all the amenities needed. Very clean and easy to use. Great location, close to most areas.
