Hotel with located in the centre of Lviv. Private carparking; good service from reception. Buffet breakfast was also good

Beautiful hotel. Thank you for the lunch bag, though would have preferred the option to have breakfast instead (even if small - coffee and pastries in the lobby.
Beds were soooo hard. Pillows too thin. Breakfast didn't start until 8 - not good for business travellers who start the workday at 8.

Nice environment with quality breakfast and courteous staff
Changing the bar location between the 2nd and 9th floors when there are so many events happening at the same time

SPA: staff at reception says it's public, then while we are in spa, cleaning ladies come right inside the Finnish steam room, open the door (making the heat going away) and say - go out, other guests are coming, they booked the time slot and they want to be alone, go out, go out now!

Stylish business hotel in historical Lviv,beautiful view, cleaned, safe and tasty restaurant. The gym is professional.
Reseption is not friendly as at other hotel of this hotels group in Kyiv and Odessa. Breakfast is not fully before 45 min by finish time, but tasty

Nice place, clean rooms and very good dishes. Very nice gym.
I don’t want to be rude but I will never go back to this hotel. Staff is bad and weak English speakers.
