We loved the space - really spacious 2 bedroom villa. We booked a one bedroom, but they left the upstairs room open for us and offered a choice to choose whichever! Very good location, only minutes walk to the shopping streets of Seminyak. Staff were 10/10, very accommodating, friendly, quick to respond and just great people in general. Pool duck floatie was an added bonus lol. Bed was very clean which we appreciated.

The main thing we had issues with were the dirty towels, which are a definite no-no for any accommodation no matter the price. However, everything else was good so we kind of just looked past it. It was raining all night on one of the days, and the next morning our bathroom smelled pretty foul, we realised it was the clogged drain just beside the shower (as it was an open shower that led to the nature strip on the side). There was also one side of the cupboard door that was broken, which didnt affect us but we told the staff and we're pretty sure they got it fixed for the next guest as it would be a safety hazard especially for young children.

Loved that you could close off the pool with the bi-fold doors as we had an 11 month old. No pool fencing needed. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. All up we enjoyed our stay at Le Jardin.

The air con in the kitchen/ lounge didn’t seem to work that well, it was set to 16 degrees by staff and was still boiling hot. Bedroom one worked great! Our fridge also wasn’t cold. TV very pixelated couldn’t see it very well at all. We got sick so had to stay in the villa a couple of days so tv was needed.

The staff were extremely friendly, helped make our stay wonderful and helped book daily excursions. They were eager to ensure we were happy with the location and kept the place extremely clean. Breakfast was wonderful and the spa gave great massages.

we like everything about the property

We had to book last minute because our original hotel was overbooked. And what a happy twist of fate that was because it made our time in Bali (where the beaches were disgusting and the weather rather wet) super relaxing and enjoyable. All staff were friendly and helpful and went beyond basics to make our stay great. It was our child's birthday and they got him cake and came in with it singing. The staff really bumped a good stay up to excellent. Le Jardin is a veritable oasis, and walking distance to restaurants and massage places.

Some of the hotel fittings and towels were a bit tired and dusty but the beds and bathrooms, which were the most important, were very clean.

Location was great. The mosquito protection service was great and kept on top of. Villa needs updating slightly looks slightly tired.

the position of property is close to seminyak beach since they have just opened so had new sheets and bath robe.

the property is run down. its in dire need of renovation. the pictures done tell the truth. the beds are broken and make sounds and mine actually turned in when i slept on it. the walls and ceiling tell that the property needs renovation. there is a water leak on the stairs when it rains.

We really enjoyed Le Jardine Villas, from the second we stepped out of the taxi we felt like we were in a home away from home. Literally 5 minutes walk to the beach, in a quiet location considering where it is located, breakfast was really good and value for money, pancakes were delicious! The rooms were very spacious open air bathrooms which was nice and plenty of space to relax around the villa, the staff were only too happy to help with any thing you needed. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a little quiet time in the middle of seminyak beach, would definitely stay again!

Our gas ran out so we didn’t have hot water for 1 night but it was changed the very next morning as the staff were very helpful
