The room was spacious and comfortable with everything you would need for a longer stay. You can park at the property for $15 per day.
The dishwasher never worked, which was a problem as this was one of the reasons I booked to stay here. We were travelling with a baby and needed to sterilise bottles, and having to manually sterilise them added quite a bit of extra work to the trip. The weekend staff tried to assist but it was never fixed. There is also substantial noise from the construction across the street. Not the hotels fault but just be mindful as it shakes the whole property significantly.

Centrally located between two supermarkets. Easy walk, Uber to all central city sites.
Communication regarding servicing the room. We did not realise there was no room service on a Sunday. After making a request we did receive fresh towels, coffee etc. Perhaps the policy should be more clearly stated.

Location is perfect for me when catching up with kids at Uni - parking a great option. The rooms are always clean.
I find the check in system after hours a little frustrating - this time and last you end up waiting outside coming back and forward to the intercom as the front door doesn't open when it should.

Misleading advertising. I only found out that parking was an extra charge after i made my booking.
Reception was closed when i arrived and left. My credit card was charged for my stay (fair enough....). But i was overcharged. A satisfactory explanation was never provided. I still can't find where on booking.com it says i will be charged a premium if i don't pay in person.

The staff went out their way to help. Nice and spacious, also very clean. Close to the hospital which was the purpose of our visit.

Served purpose.
Very difficult to find…took us 25 minutes circling many times. Did not know to book parking. Very disappointing to be told to park on street first night…we had mobility problems as quite elderly. Staff excellent…..but a non functioning toilet was too much for us. To be told to take the toilet lid off etc. was somewhat downgrading. Room 118. I did think we should have been moved to another room. We should have been given a huge cut on the cost of the room. I being an international visitor from Canada was disgusted with the toilet issue. We had to ‘make do’…..not a good image! Not a good story nor a good memory.

Good, central location . Staff were helpful
Bathrooms could do with an update. No air-conditioning in our room. And a lot of noise in the hallway late into the night from other guests, I'm guessing there was a group staying.
