Very clean hotel. All staff I encountered were professional yet friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was OK but am hoping they bring back the buffet at some point.

Excellent hospitality, very friendly staff, comfortable and well equipped rooms.
Not the most pleasant neighbourhood (I prefer Manila Bay) but still quite ok.

nothing really bothered us. The location around is not the best but we chose to be close to the airport. It's safe and in general Manila is a bit chaotic so we had no expectation
