Gutes Gesamtpaket, ich würde es wieder buchen

Die Anlage ist super schön und riesig. Wir waren im Mai da, daher war es zu windig um den Pool zu richtig zu nutzen, aber man konnte sich trotzdem gut dorthin legen. Die Ausstattung ist top!

Der Spabereich ist enttäuschend gewesen, zudem mussten wir sehr lange auf unsere Zimmer warten. Statt 15 Uhr, wie hier beschrieben, haben wir unser Zimmer erst um 16 Uhr bekommen und haben so 4 h auf unser Zimmer gewartet

Very nice hotel to relax

Excellent hotel. Impeccable service. Spacious room. Complimentary mineral water and Nespresso. Beautiful pool. Close to the center of Lagos (5 min by car and around 30 min on foot). We highly recommend it!

Wunderbare Anlage in phantastischer Lage, die etwas Auffrischung im Aussen- und Innenbereich benötigt

Lage direkt an Kliffs und Naturpark, bequeme Ausstattung, separate Appartments neben Hauptgebäude, angenehmer kleiner Spabereich, 3 Aussenpools, 2 Restaurants und Bar, freundliches Personal, Hunde erlaubt

Möbel ein bisschen ältlich, abgestossen, dunkel, Sofas fleckig; Abflüsse in Küche und Bad (Waschbecken) verstopft - wie bisher bei jedem Aufenthalt dort. Gehwege auf der Anlage sind Stolperfallen. Terrassenberiche ohne ausreichende Abtrennung zur Anlage

Una location davvero suggestiva.

Un po' tutto, ma la posizione sulla punta più caratteristica della scogliera è insuperabile. Il ristorante interno (Gastropub) davvero di ottimo livello con pesce sempre freschissimo e una gentilezza super.

La parte SPA è piuttosto basica, ma per un posto di mare tutto sommato adeguata.

Big disappointment

We chose this resort because it advertised itself as a pet-friendly place, but unfortunately this turned out not to be true. It started with the non-standard fee, which is twice as high as in nearby resorts, then it turned out that you can't enter anywhere with a dog.... so you can't take full advantage of the services offered by the resort. It is a pity that there was no such information from the beginning, because we would not have chosen this place. In general, everything looks much better in the pictures. The apartment was old and dilapidated. The spa was only open from 10 am to 6 pm...so if you will arrive late forget about spa... A big minus when it comes to price/quality ratio. We will not return there.

Anything to complain about.

Beautiful location. Truly recommend! We soemd some awesome days overthere. If you choose to go to the pool in the spa area, there aren’t any children allowed so you can enjoy silence. Also there is a really really beautiful beach, 5 minutes walk, Praia do Canavial, which makes mornings spent at the beach and afternoons by the pool a great combination. Also the breakfast has a wide selection, with plenty healthy options.

A little bit far from Lagos old town. We always took an Uber, but it just aint’t expensive at all, 3-4euros/drive. But given the quiet surroundings, it is a nice trade!

Perfect Resort for a Relaxing Getaway in Lagos

The resort was located in a quiet and serene part of Lagos, with plenty of trails for trekking in the surrounding area. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the amenities you could need. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure you had a great stay. The breakfast and food were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. For example, when my husband forgot his six shirts in the room, they immediately packed them up and sent them to us overnight to Lisbon. We were so grateful for their thoughtfulness and helpfulness.

Fine hotel

Very comfortable room and great pool and pool area. Variety at breakfast, except for waiting in line for omelet/pancakes. Valet parking.

Very good

There was a lot of space shared instead guests so it never felt crowded. Breakfast buffet was very good, all food & drink was good but I would say a touch overpriced. The rooms were big with with huge comfortable beds and the hotel was situated near beautiful views and walking routes

I think they just need a few staff members, everyone was lovely but there weren't enough people around which meant often you were waiting for things or they lacked the time to going the extra mile for guests

A perfect stay in a perfect location!

The room was very comfortable with a very nice terrace (and an amazing sea view). Also the breakfast was really good with many different options.

For the breakfast and the restaurant menus would be important to have the allergens.

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast. Great surrounding area

We were traveling with a child and chose a hotel with a heated pool. On arrival we were told that this pool is for adults only. But the staff allowed to swim with the child in this pool in the morning. It is important to add to the description that the heated pool in the spa area is for adults only

Good

Huge area with different pools, gym, wellness/spa, or golf, which was very beautiful and well-kept. Location was top as it is very close to the cliffs, which gives a great view and walking trail. Very nice and friendly staff. The rooms were huge, nicely furnished, and very clean.

No plug-in stations for any electronic devices in the bathroom, therefore we could not use any electric razor etc. as outside of the bathroom there was no mirror). Outside if the balconies was was no handle on the doors, so in case the balcony door gets shut, there is no way of entering back in. The buffet was okay, but not something I would expect on a 5 star hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was super friendly.

The hot tub (jaccuzi) was not hot. It was barely warm and the spa staff said they cannot adjust the temperature.

we booked a resort view and when we complained were given the apartment.

Daily cleaning of the apartment was excellent!! Great access to lighthouse and views and beach!! Faclities we’re good!!

Our unit had a couple of things in need of repair. Chipped walls and broken stove glass.

better than expected! Amazing Algarve location

The resort is actually better than it looks, incredible location just beside Farol da Piedade, very confortable and clean rooms and amazing breakfast. Staff is also very gentle, I actually finished my booking with a new one!

Good room, friendly staff, but rubbish spa!

room was a good size and well equipped. breakfast was good.

we wanted to use the spa facilities. not only did it close at 6pm, but you had to book a slot to use the sauna… and there were no slots available. the Turkish bath was broken, so couldn’t be used… so not a great Spa experience! - unless of course you wanted to spend huge amounts extra for the various spa treatment!

Great resort in Lagos

The resort is amazing, with 3 pools to choose from, sauna and with a beautiful view 5 min walking distance. Staff was also super helpful and nice. Breakfast was great, with many fruit options, eggs, pancakes or french toast made fresh for us
