location wasn’t too bad. can walk to the beach but they also offer a shuttle until 5pm. breakfast was ok!
Total catfish of a hotel! the pictures are not what this hotel actually looks like! huge amount of maintenance issues on the grounds itself! reception is grubby, couches are filthy, doors to the rooms are in need of some TLC. rooms are very dated and pool was partly out of order. pool bar “under maintenance” swim up rooms have no privacy! we only stayed here one night and moved to another! for the money they are charging there’s way better options in the area for less!

• I liked the pool access
• The beds and pillows were uncomfortable
• The staff weren’t very helpful
• We witnessed a stuff member being horrible to a mum and her kittens that were there which was so sad and disgusting to see.
• the staff took ages to clean our room one day they didn’t come until after 4pm.

Staff was friendly, helped out.
Hotel looks a bit older, lock of the the door towards the pool was not really good. Hotel looked like it came into its years. You could see that the doors were not actually closed (small gaps in between so small animals were able to come into the room). Aircon extremely loud and the shower head was not very clean.

Amazing location very close to Kata beach (10 minute walk) and if you are lazy to walk you can take the free shuttle bus to the beach and back! Lovely staff, did everything to help us and very kind❤️ The room was fantastic, modern, cozy and spacious. Warm water at all times, they cleaned our room every single day if we wanted to and gave us plenty of drinking water (we never ran out of it). The main swimming pool and jacuzzi, beautifully placed with plants around and view of the jungle and the Big Buddha was truly breathtaking and the food and cocktails that the pool bar was serving were delicious! The breakfast had great variety, exotic fruits, pastries, pancakes, eggs and even traditional thai recipes. If you want to stay in Kata beach this is honestly the best hotel you will find and especially for this exceptional price!
Everything was wonderful we had the best stay!

Great location, close to Kata beach, shops, bars and restaurants with reasonable prices!
The swimming pool water quality isn’t that good as it gave to our kids allergic reaction straight away from day 1

The "private pool" and the bathtub
Interior feels slightly dated, cockroach in my room.

good location, comfy bed- access to the pool nice
Staff were more unfriendly here than experienced in other hotels in Phuket, they forgot about us during check in after a long flight. Didn’t give us any information about breakfast or what was available to do near by, or the shuttle- very little communication

There are definitely some positives about this place:
1. Great location.
2. Very comfortable access to the pool.
3. Breakfast menu based on Thai and European classics
The bed was very uncomfortable, and the base was broken.
On top of that, the pillows were so hard it was almost impossible to sleep on them.
There were a lot of very noisy children nearby

Pool access Room was beautiful
You need to be early for breakfast. Some mornings, the food was very limited as we came the last part of breakfast and items were all out.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Some decent restaurants nearby.
Swim up pool is false advertising, only 2 feet deep so not usable. Main pool is very small. Lots of mosquitos in the room. Not worth the price we paid unfortunately.

The hotel compound is very nice. The whole Pine concept is sweet and kind of mixed interestingly with my childhood memories of Russia and the amazing Thailand. The pool excess in my room was beautiful and clean. Good and bother-free opportunity to chill in the mid-day heat. The room was, for a lone traveler, huge. All the staff including the great housekeeping staff are super helpful and professional.
There is an option to rent a scooter in the hotel for a fee which is acceptable and a bit below the normal fee for such a scooter via independent companies that are abundant nearby.
The location is very chill. There are some small hotels around, some houses of local residents of Phuket. Nice relaxing atmosphere.
I enjoyed the breakfast which includes both Thai food and western food. There are several restaurants nearby (Italian, Thai, Indian - the last of this I have visited and enjoyed very much).
The distance to Kata beach is not very long, but it is still 10 minutes of walk which can be rough in the heat. See the scooter renting options via the hotel to make things easier.

Every worker at the hotel were super friendly.
We loved the direct access to the pool.

modern, friendly staff and service,
difficult to lock sliding door, poor quality of toilet paper

Good location, away from the busy nightlife but still a short walk. Helpful staff, helped arrange moped hire.
Seemed to be put in a different room to what we booked. Room was much older than shown on the booking pictures and not as nice. This wasn’t mentioned to us at check in, only noticed when in room. Appeared to be in ‘Kata Lucky Villas’ rather than ‘Blue Pine’ as booked.

Quiet location, set back from road. Staff were very courteous and spoke English well. Short walk to Kata road and beach.
Garden villa apartment only has aircon in bedroom and not in the lounge area.

very clean and quiet duplex houses with exceptionally nice personnel

The hotel is really private with an nice pool area and a great on location restaurant, the beach is in walking distance. The villas are good with a toddler, separate spaces for the evening. There are great restaurants and fruit stands just up the road.
The only thing we found annoying was air-con - old and could not regulate a temperature. Also it blew exactly on the bed, so had to get up several times to turn it on and off.

Privite pool is amazing, big and comfy room.
Long walk from the reception to the room.

I actually really likes the Hotel. Breakfast was good, but not many options (luckily I liked the food they had at the buffet). Not far from the beach. Nice staff:)
Somewhat tired facilities. The pool was a little dirty.

We loved the new updated villas
We loved the well maintained gardens and pool area
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Would have liked a full length mirror in the villa ( only a minor issue)
Even though we didn't need it perhaps some cutlery, sponge and teatowels would be helpful in the kitchenette.
7.0
accomodation, staff, facilities and location.
people being allowed to leave towels on beds all day and not using the beds, unsupervised children.

the pool was cleaned regularly, rooms were spacious, food was good, room service was quick. good variety on breakfast buffet. taxi coordinator was excellent. massages were great
nothing really. but we figured the families would be booked over by the other pool more so. being on our honeymoon and having screaming kids cannon ball into the pool outside the room and slamming doors all the time was not ideal but that’s not something the hotel can control.

The food from the onsite restaurant was absolutely delicious! We ordered room service many times. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning in the bedroom worked really well. There is ample choice of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
I think the hotel should make it clear there is no air conditioning in the separate living room area, ceiling fan only. The shuttle bus to the beach was limited. There was a timetable with set times. I was unimpressed with the mattress they provided for the cot, it was a folded up blanket which is not suitable for safe sleep or comfort. We ended up buying an inexpensive foam mattress from Tesco lotus. The pool is a little old in comparison to the pictures, it could do with some maintenance with regrouting.

Although the hotel is walking distance from the hustle and bustle of nearby Kata, I found it to be nestled away in a very quiet location. Great place for a relaxing break. The staff are just amazing and always helpful.
It’s definitely not an adult only resort, but it’s not advertised as such. It seems popular with parents with young children. Guests would need to be wary of kids when using the pool.

Good location, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Facilities were decent with a nice gym and spa for massages etc. Smart TV in the room with Netflix and other apps was very useful.
I’d think twice about booking the pool access rooms as the pool itself was dirty for the majority of our stay, ended up using the main pool instead which was very clean and well maintained.
7.0
the size of the room and the bed
the breakfast wasn’t good for my taste,I asked for a bottle of water at the checkout and the staff required payment
8.0
Great location just far enough to get away from hustle and bustle but 10 min walk to the beach
No hotel bar after 8.30 so maybe later bar would be nice for cocktail after evening meal
