Une pension originale très agréable en plein cœur du Bilbao historique

Accueil accommodant (nous avons pu arriver à midi) Emplacement parfait Décoration originale très réussie Petit déjeuner en libre service très bien et que l'on peut prendre dans sa chambre Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour à Bilbao

La salle de bain pourrait être améliorée pour ne pas mettre de l'eau partout

El personal muy amable, siempre a disposición para cualquier duda. La ubicación genial, aunque no se puede pasar con el coche, el parking cercano al hotel esta muy bien.

Charmy and cozy!

A localização é excelente. Fica no Casco Velho, perto de tudo. O pessoal é super amavel. O pequeno almoço é completo e o facto de estar disponivel até as 11 da manhã é optimo. Adorei tudo na pensão.

Nice stay

The location was great. Breakfast was included which was a good way to start the day. There was also a free city map in the room with some suggestions of what to see and do.

You could still hear the street noise, but earplugs helped block it all out. The bathroom is only separated by a glass (opaque) wall, which might be uncomfortable for some people sharing.

Good location but very noisy at night

It was nice to be able to prepare our own breakfast and get hot drinks whenever we needed.

We had to keep the curtains drawn day and night as the people in the bars opposite could look straight up into our room and see us in bed and undressing.

Location, clean, poor breakfast but included

Single room 101 is a bunker, there is a window but no sunlight at all, window view is awfull, houskeeper left a cleaning equipment outside the window. Bed is super uncomfortable, backache in the morning. Property misleaded me I asked before stay.

It was cute, I liked the Alice in wonderland theme.

It was very loud all the time. Between the buzzing of the doors, snoring people in neighboring rooms, people in the kitchen banging dishes, and general city noise it was a lot. Thanks for the ear plugs but maybe insulate the rooms more.

In the heart of the beautiful Old Town

Must be amongst the best locations in Bilbao in the centre of the beautiful old town. 5 minute walk from metro. Very friendly staff and good responses to advance questions. Modernised like new apartment. Extremely comfy bed. Good shower, good breakfast

Due to the location it is quite noisy between midnight and 1am however that is the same with most city centre accommodation. No door or even curtain between rest of apartment and toilet is not so good marks this outstanding accommodation down a touch.

Absolutely fantastic location, fast and friendly communication, easy self-check-in, the room was nice and with well-thought-out details (and with excellent mattress and pillow :)), various breakfast!

The room has no window, unfortunately :( In the description, the view was indicated as an "Inner courtyard view" and I could not "translate" it as "no window/no view at all". Imho this important detail should be communicated better to be clear for everyone :)

The room was really pretty and the location is great. La habitación era muy bonita y la localización está muy bien situada.

The windows are the original ones, beautiful but there is no good isolation with the noise from outside. Las ventanas son las originales, muy bonitas pero no hay insonorización con el exterior.

Quaint and good value accommodation in a much sought after area of Bilbao.

Perfect location in the old town area of Bilbao. Clear instructions given about booking in despite the absence of staff when you arrive. Room was pleasant and breakfast was good and convenient. Really pleasant staff when I eventually met them in the morning.

The eco toilet is a good idea but was somewhat noisy during the night. Possibly there was a technical problem with it that applied only to my room.

An excellent location and a comfortable short stay.

The location of this Pension was excellent for exploring the old part of Bilbao. There were excellent tapas bars and restaurants in the nearby Plaza Nueva. We walked to the Guggenheim in 15 minutes along the river. There was also a taxi stand nearby so we were able to get out to the airport easily. The breakfast was plentiful.

The shower floor was very slippery and needed a mat. The bed was reasonably comfy but quite small. The water system was odd and made an extremely loud noise every time it was used, but only a very short noise.

Location excellent but could do with double glazing in the windows . Breakfast was basic but ok.

Noise from street due to single glazed windows which did not keep the constant noise out throughout the night. Macerator toilet made horrendous noise

The location could not be more central, right in the heart of Casco Viejo, and within a walking distance from everything really. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, of a good size and with a really nice mattress. The staff was very friendly, even during the short time they could be found at the reception. Breakfast is pretty basic and you need to help yourself from the kitchen which has the necessary appliances but is rather small for sitting down to eat.

The only thing you should keep in mind is that because it is located so close to bars and restaurants it can get quite noisy, particularly on a Saturday night.

In the middle of Casco Viejo, close to all the major attractions. Everything within walking distance. We were driving a van, but Aliciazzzz found us a parking saba, which was 10 minutes walk downhill to the pension.

Completely worth it!

great location, amazing decorations and windows, helpful map left for our use, etc.

Noise didn’t bother me but it could some. I think that’s what you get with such a central location though. I was bothered by the lack of hot water. it didn’t seem to last that long at all!
