pool was clean, room and common areas also clean, i really like the privvacy of the parking garage, we were there in september of 2022, had reservation for three days , but end up two more days . we really like it and DO recomended it and will stay there again on my next trip to acapulco.

The room was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. Lovely furnishings and comfy bed. Great view from balcony

Small hotel with a good size pool. It has a nicely fitness center and it was located on the bus line. Location is good if you want to use the ferries or go to see the cliff divers
Gym did not have any fans or AC. No towels provided for cleaning material. No pool towels so you need to use the ones in your room. No Ice, No coffee only tea. TV is not a smart TV

it is situated across the beach and at the start of the touristic avenue
I make my reservation because it stated in the facilities free private parking, reservation not needed and when I arrived to the hotel they didn’t have space in the parking, my car have to stay in the street and the reception wasn’t guy wasn’t helpful only one security guard. The room looks old, the elevator is too small for the amount of people and the staff seems too busy.

Everything was good only thing is the towels need to be put in bleach so they could be more cleaner...

Street noise was ridiculously loud. By far the noisiest place I've ever had the pleasure to spend a night, including hostels
