Lugar muito tranquilo, muito limpinho, funcionários muito educados e até ciosos, ótimo café da manhã também.

Único desconforto foi a falta de um bebedor ou acesso direto a cozinha, uma vez que é cobrado a parte para utilização dos frigobar que ficou desligado na garagem.

A equipe foi bem simpática conosco e a pousada era em uma área tranquila.

O quarto não tinha frigobar, mas foi resolvido com muita simpatia e agilidade.

The location and Wi-Fi

We found bed bugs on one of our beds and the staff was not helpful. The communication with them was really bad regarding the bed bugs. They could not offer us a new room as they were fully booked. And then failed to tell us they had a room for us the next day. But then offered us a room the day we were checking out. The room also lacked amenities. No fridge, not enough hangers to hang clothes etc.

Everything about the hotel is great. great location, great rooms, great bed and shower, awesome breakfast with delicious coffee and a variety of fresh bread and fruits. The staff is absolutely amazing, Márcio, Paulo and Rosana are so kind and always available to make the staying remarkable. The hosts welcomed us like if we were family and I’ll never forget it.

I keep coming back because it makes the difference wherever we are welcomed and well received. Paulo, Marcio, Rosa always making sure the guests have the best experience. As I always said, everything is amazing about this property: breakfast is delicious, a variety of bread, cakes, cookies, milk, coffee, cheese and jam, fruits and fresh juices. Rooms are super clean, shower is hot and spacious, many TV channels and super fast WiFi. Everything is good.

I love everything in this place.
