Don’t recommend it for meals and I need some refund

Clean and quiet Staff are lovely

I paid for king bed with spa including breakfast . On arrival, we were locked out few times because the cards wouldn’t swipe and we had to go to reception to have it re set . On check out we had to leave one card inside because once we tried to take it out , we heard some noises like electrical noise so we were scared if we took it and there is faulty in the electrical cable/switch then the whole room may get set on fire !! Room was great but Our neighbours kept chrome casting to our roomTV and we had to use our own phones lol . I wonder if someone may be hacked in a near future because of this !!! Myself and my fiancé only got to have proper breakfast on Sunday . On Monday , we were told to have whatever was on table ( bloody cereal , fruit , toast and cuppa ). Well that is not what we paid for , I personally dont eat any of those due to health complications. there was only full cream milk for everyone and couldn’t have tea or coffee coz I am lactose intolerance ! Well we survived on juice and some fruits! we had to go and eat breakfast somewhere else post check out ! Money wasted ! Will not go back there unless it’s on weekend days or May be if I had an event but will have to make sure all is sorted in advance. Restaurant doesn’t open for lunch and kitchen closes too early 830pm! So we decided to eat somewhere else and did take aways from local restaurants. no dinner on Sundays too !

Overall relaxing. Would like the option of cooked breakfast.

Clean and well presented. Excellent location. Loved the hammock and the fountain in the lake was very relaxing. Great to have a tennis court and gym. The pool had a toddler section which was great.

Standalone Lamp near couch had light bulb missing and another light wasn't working in the bedroom. Salty water in the pool. Extremely cold pool water.

Comfortable and reasonable value for money

View onto the lake, great shower.

A bedside lamp didn't work, shower head was leaking water onto ceiling but I fixed it myself by hand tightening

Very comfortable

The room and bathroom was spotless. Easy parking. Lovely grounds.

Part of the shower cubicle is not sealed properly so the water leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Simply the worst BW experience and will never go back..

Location was the only thing we liked..

Reataurant is terrible. And should have avoided. Breakfast was the worst. Plates were dirty and half washed. Disgusting... Room TV didnt have any internet connection and only option was to cast from your own phone. :( Bathroom tissue packs were dirty and looks like they dont change those for every booking.

Very stylish, great value for money.

Very comfortable and stylish, great value for money. Sitting by the fire in the lounge with a drink was a lovely way to end the day. Food was delicious.

The room was as expected

The bed was completely unsatisfactory, some type of foam mattress that offered no support, sagging very low. Could only lay flat on my back which is not how I normally sleep.

Beautiful room, great price, our room overlooked the river and gazebo, it made waking up a beautiful view, spa bath was fantastic, room was clean and tidy, meals in the restaurant were fantastic

Great place to stay in Batemans Bay. Comfortable, quiet, clean. Highly recommended.

Beautifully presented accommodation. Wonderful, peaceful views of the lake. Well appointed and very comfortable, quiet room with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Close to town but far enough away to not be in the thick of it.

Not worth it…

Nice Location

We are booked hot spa facility room, but Hot Spa and toilet exhaust fan are not working and we are requested to someone come and have look, but no one turned up, we got a very poor service from the staff.

Wonderful friendly Staff, great facilities and very clean. Bathroom stocked with Shampoo and Conditioner and Hand Cream. Everything you needed was available to you. Breakfast, dinner, bar, pool, gym and also Netflix 😊 We didn't have to drive anywhere. Food was lovely at the restaurant. Would definitely be staying there again.

If I’m wanting a sore back and lack of sleep for sure I’d come back. but I can do that a less expensive way.

Worst bed EVER x 3 people. Sat on the edge of the bed and it collapses underneath you (I’m only 85kg), there were valleys in the main part of bed that Burke and Wills would not have escaped. I’d prefer to walk barefooted on bindis that sleep in a bed like this again.

Fantastic holiday destination, great place to stay.

The rooms are very modern and clean. Our room was serviced while we were out. Our bed was particularly comfortable. There are plenty of things to do in your downtime (pool, relax in a hammock by the lake…which was unexpected, sit in the pavilion overlooking the lake). Breakfast was easygoing. A short walk over the bridge to the heart of Batemans Bay. A short drive to Nelligan (where I can recommend the Nelligen Kayak Hire business and River Cafe), Ulladulla (where I can recommend visiting Lake Burrill Beach), Broulee Beach and Bodalla.

Everything went well. We actually had a fantastic time from beginning to end.
