this hotel does not deserve 4 stars maximum 2

The location is absolutely exceptional . It has two really nice swimming pools in front of the ocean and direct acces to the beach. It is a wonderful setting. However it could stand improvements in the room and the quality of the buffet, they are not 4 star quality

The room needs improvements, the toilette is in a cubicle like inside a closet, the bathroom not great. The buffet is not very good.

The room was ok, the view was really good. The beach was right in front of the hotel. The pool was nice.

The room was very bare. There were no drinking glasses, no soap or shampoo. There was no room service during the day for quick clean up or fresh towels. The buffet meals were not very good, just ok food. The worst part of the meals where the number of people allowed at once. There was no social distancing and it was very crowded. This hotel should not be rated a "4 star"

It was in a fab location! Very safe place to walk around! The location was great as it was right on the beach front and lots of restaurants around! The room was great with a sea view. Breakfast was lush! We have already planned our next trip back and told loads of friends and family about it as it’s a must go!!

That we didn’t have a cleaner come at all for the 4 days and had the same towels but that is fine as I’m sure I’d we asked for some fresh towels we would of gotten some
