Great breakfast and a really relaxing pool. The staff were friendly and helpful even at out of hours time were keen to help.

The lounge was pleasant and comfortable, with plenty of board games. The bar was also good. The rooms were warm with enough radiators and floor heating. They provided underground parking. We liked the location as it was a bit outside of Borovets.

They advertise free pool access, however they charge you £13.5 per person after 1pm! The staff walks in the pool and spa area with their outdoor shoes. The breakfast area is too small and cannot cater for all the guests during the peak times. We were asked to sit at bigger tables with other guests. Once we had the breakfast in the lounge, after they've asked us to move away from the bar. The staff was often nowhere to be found at the reception or in the restaurant. No one seemed to know whether the restaurant worked or not, especially on 31st Dec and 1st Jan. Whenever we were eating at the restaurant, the staff was constantly asking if we were done with a certain plate, although there was still plenty of food in it.

A $500-a night hotel where you're charged extra for access to a rundown swimming pool with exposed wires in the showers, tiles peeling off (our son cut his foot on one) and posters coming off and being 'fixed' with scotch tape. Unfriendly, unhelpful and downright rude staff at reception and in the SPA centre. The only 'positive' things about the hotel were the breakfast buffet, the staff at the restaurant and leaving it.

The room was spacious but not cozy.

Staff didn’t seem engaged at all. The bar was not working so you would have to go to reception to ask for service. On the last day towels were not changed and throughout our stay the floor was not really cleaned. The buffet breakfast was not up to a 4* hotel and on our second date we were offered continental.

Location: right in the forest, very beautiful territory and surroundings. Facilities: swimming pools, sauna, playgrounds,... Friendly staff. Comfortable underground parking (allows you to move between buildings).

I want to say right away that on any issue/question we turned to the hotel staff. Rooms need updating: old floor, not very clean walls. There is no room cleaning as such: for 4 nights they didn’t clean it even once. You need to ask for any little thing separately: if you want to change the towels - you have to ask, if you want to change the trash cans - you have to ask, .... It appears to be due to severe shortage personnel after corona. In addition, when we entered the room for the first time, 2 windows were dirty with birds dropping s (for sure not cleaned a lot of time). We asked them to clean and they did it (we had to ask for each window separately, but they cleaned). While taking a shower, the floor in the bathrooms was flooded with water, which did not go down the drain. The floor became very slippery and dangerous, and it was also impossible to get to the toilet combined bathroom). As a solution to the problem, we received a mop to clean water from the floor. Our room was on the 3th floor. It was uncomfortable that it has no doors inside: it has 2 bedrooms - one upstairs without a door but with a separating wall, and one downstairs behind the wardrobe. if the hotel will be a little bit refreshed (cosmetic reparations where needed) and well kept, it could be advised as 4 star hotel. But currently it isn't worth the price asked for it.

Staff shortage makes some services not available. Such as the jacuzzi, the morning buffet, and half of the dinner menu. The swimming pool was serviced by an arrogant and incompetent boy, missing the opening time and arguing when questioned about the water temperature.

Breakfast was good. Spacious room.

Pool was super cold and with insects inside. Jacuzzi didn't work. Sauna was off in the morning.

Almost nothing. The breakfast was ok.

The spa which didn’t working and there were no more than six spots to sit around the pool.
