The room was adequate for a pre-flight stay. It was close to the airport and thankfully quiet. The shuttle service to the airport, was handy.
The staff were pleasant enough, though not overly thoughtful (chased drinks order, twice).

OMG The Hotel Restaurant - The food quality was so unexpectedly bad!!! The pork ribs plate was so disappointing - I would never serve that to anyone I know let alone paying customers. There was so much fat on my ribs it took me forever to get to the small slice of tough meat. As for the breakfast, we were down at approx. 8am and there wasn't much left. Worse part was having to shoo flies away from the food. Seriously.
We had booked another night as we were flying from Marseilles to come back to Canada but cancelled and went elsewhere.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Booked a taxi for us as our flight was early morning. They recommended a very good little restaurant which was a 5 minute walk from hotel. Breakfast was very good. Very pleasant stay.
The pool was closed as it was out of season.

L'accueil très chaleureux alors que nous sommes arrivés après minuit. La chambre était propre et spacieuse seul petit bémol le lit bébé était mal monté et vu l'heure tardive nous n'avons pas pris le risque de réveiller les voisins en le repliant et le dépliant. Petit déjeuner copieux et salle de restaurant agréable . Je recommande cet hôtel
S'il faut trouver un point négatif...l'indication de panneaux sur le chemin entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel, mais comme nous sommes arrivés de nuit et sous la pluie peut-être ne les avons nous pas vus ...lol

Le menu unique du restaurant et les tarifs appliqués..les portions sont également à revoir le prix de la simple bouteille eau gazeuse ... abusé ..petit déjeuner ...bof ..vraiment pas ça .

L’accueil la sympathie du personnel malgré notre arrivé tardive (6h du matin) et la possibilité de rallonger notre départ pour 17h

Friendly English-speaking staff at reception and bar. Nice lobby, very clean rooms with comfortable beds and good showers. 3 minutes by car to the airport or shuttle service.

We were advised at the time of booking that a shuttle bus would be available for our flight that arrived at 11.30 pm this was an absolute pre- requisite of our booking , however when we telephoned hotel after getting out of the airport, we were informed that no shuttle was available after 12 and we’re left to find a taxi that cost €30 fir a 2 km trip .
This was so disappointing and unhelpful to us .

Excellent stuff, very attentive. Free shuttle from the airport, good rooms, comfortable bed and excellent food in the restaurant.
Everything was good to stay overnight to catch the flight next day.

Bathroom has fungus growing on the tiles (black spots). Also i had made a reservation for diner via the booking message app that was not maintained which ment that i had go with my two young children off the hotel for diner.

Everyone working in the hotel was super friendly and always helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and pool area was a fantastic surprise.
The breakfast selections were very average considering the cost for 2 people.

The staff at the front desk were so kind and helpful even though it was quite late in the night during a bank holiday. They honored my IHG gold status and offered me a free drink. I also liked the free shuttle to the airport the next morning.
Booked free shuttle for 9:20 but it did not arrive until 9:30

It was clean
Air con switched off in the room and no able to adjust. We had a lot of friends staying too and they all couldn’t sleep because it was too warm and unable to adjust the temperature

Really close to Vitrolles train station which means only 10 minutes walk. And the hotel room is clean with comfortable bed and shower. Besides, the receptionist is really nice and helpful making people feel at home, also, very convenient shuttle bus to the airport!
