Nothing
This is not a resort for tourist. It was filled with locals, rude kids and very crowded. The buffet was always crowded and dirty. The food was disgusting. My kids only liked the afternoon snack with burgers and fries which would run out very quick and not get refilled. The rooms we were given the sheets were stained and dirty, the towels were so old they were ripped from so many washes. the bathroom sink had no water and the door knob was broken. I felt like I was paying to stay at a dirty motel. After complaining that we were leaving we got a room upgrade which ruined my entire night since we then had to pack and move to another building. Service was still horrible since it was still the same buffet and bars. The bars don’t even serve you pina colada. Actually no one serves you anything unless you walk to a bar. Spend your money somewhere else. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was for free.

The restaurant and food selection is fine with me. It looks like they were just recooking some of the chicken and the veges that were not consumed but over all, the buffet restaurant looks okey. Not much selections on food items
What I didnt like was:
1. The room as publicized as superior room are in reality an inferior very poor quality rooms. I complain to the front desk and they said that superior rooms are equivalent to standard rooms and you can do an upgrade to de luxe room and pay additional. The rooms that they said is superior rooms, were an old inferior rooms without any coffee maker, iron to iron your clothes. Theres a very small table and a 15 inches tv same as the size of the desk top monitor. No ice bucket where you can drink something with ice. I have to request glasses so I can drink water stored in the fridge. The bed sheets were old sheets. I saw cockroches running around the bath room, etc.
2. I was told that theres a show every night and we were there in the theatre at 9:25 pm and they said the show will start at 9:45 but until 9:45 the show didnt start, so we left to the room. They are only playing music and no show that I have seen during my stay in that hotel.
3. The prices is not including a 28% tax so be very careful because when you compare their prices with the other hotels in the area (be live marien, dorado, and other 5 star hotel within the area), they are way way very expensive because they are publicising prices as discounted or promotion but they will charge you back an additional a 28% tax. so thats the catch. The front desk keep on repeating that it is the booking.com is the one deciding the prices and not the hotel. it is very disappointing to hear that if you complain, they pass it to booking.com. I dont want to hear that answer but the front desk keep on repeating that it is the client who have selected their rooms and are not very accomodating to allow some suggestions on whats best for the guest.
4. The service during the night is very horrible. If you call the front desk, it will take you long to wait and they are short of personnel. the operators does everything during the evening.
5. Reservation for 2 restaurant has to be in person. not by phon

The food was the best part of the experience.
The staff was incredibly rude and would not give us bottled water. The room was filthy, hairs on the bathroom floor, mold on the mattresses. It was gross.

The only thing I liked was the location.
It was a disaster. The room wasn't completely clean, I found a drink (from the previous guess I can imagine) in the closet. The air conditioning wasn't working. The food? Not many options, it didn't looked like a buffet of a Hotel. The rooms aren't the same as the pictures I saw in Bookings and the Hotel's webpage, they were old.

We had to make reservation to get a table at the only restaurant that looked good but no one had told us.

staff were first class. nice place
my first stay 6 months ago was 5 star. They dropped the ball this time. Room was musty. I paid extra for queen size beds. Got full size. When I asked, was told the full size are queen size. The TV remote didn’t work. it took two phone calls and two hours to send a tech. Got a note to leave the room between 10-12:00 for fumigation. Checkout time was 12:00.

There was no entertainment during the day in the adult pool area. no area to recreate children. I didn't have Wi-Fi. only one a la carte restaurant and one buffet. the hotel is very boring.

The advertising of the resort was misleading.
The room that I booked was based on the pictures on the site but I was surprised to see that it was totally different.

They should said for adults only cause kids from 9 years and oldest can't enjoy it. The kids pool is for 3 to 4 year's old and the others pool it is for adults only Also the don't let's kids to be on the yacuzzi with the parents so how the parents can enjoy with their kid's. It should be a pool with different feet. Another thing they should have free Wi-Fi and safety lockers.

The beach was beautiful and clear
There is only one restaurant and it gets packed fast and will wait outside for hours to get in, i ask for a double room only had single rooms.

It was an amazing experience from check in to check out. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. We had the best experience.
