Location

The staff were not personable - it seemed like they were just doing their job and did not make us feel particularly welcome . I did not really enjoy the food .

It was a really good location, and breakfast was really nice. Building was well maintained although it seems to be bit old. We also had a really nice view of lake from our room.

Onsen in this building was OK but not so nice. While you can get access to other hotels belonging to the same owner in the town, you need to walk or take shuttle to get to them. (Of course, they show these much nicer Onsen that belong to other buildings, which I thought was somewhat misleading. - We never really bother to try Onsen in other buildings...)

Worst property of all time!!!

Worst ever service crew! No helping to unload luggage! They only standstill and stare at you! Room main door lock are easily Force Access by any customer in the property. My room is 212 and there is someone occupied my room with ROOM KEY 221! How absurd! Front desk aren’t helpful. Even to other customer. Not worth the stay. Which such price tag per night and such poor service and accommodation. Stay out of this property!

the buffet is great and the location is right in front of the lake

it’s very dated and old. the bathroom of the room has not been updated in ages.

The lake view was fabulous! Buffet breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Onsen was nice (no rotenburo). Easy walking distance to shops. Very close to cruise ship and speedboat boarding.

Pricy but you get what you pay for! It was worth it!

Bad onsen experience, you need to take a shuttle bus to the main onsen building.

Staff in the restaurant is friendly and helpfully .

Dinner is not I expected thought is tradition of Japanese meal.

Convenient location. Nice room with lakeview. Near shops and ferry port.

Had to take a shuttle to visit nicer onsen baths in other locations. The one on the premise is smaller and not as picturesque.
