A fantastic boutique hotel

Really good location, excellent fresh breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious and bed comfortable

Could hear noise from street at night but I don't think you can avoid that if staying in Central Istanbul!

A perfect stay in Istanbul

Very nice apartment, with all the facilities, big bathroom and big balcony. Great, attentive people. Cleaning was made every day, breakfast was good and diversified.

Ort des Zimmer es war zu nah an Lobby küche es war zu laut und wir hatten keinen Ausblick die Dusche war sehr klein. Der Garten war geschlossen.es gab keinen Safe

The heating facility was not available I slept cold overnight. so I asked for it to be fixed, and the staff solved it right away, so it became a warm stay.

Liebevolles Hotel in bester Lage

Mit Abstand das beste & authentischste türkische Frühstück, was wir je bei einem Citytrip in der Türkei bekommen haben. Die Lage ist einmalig, nur wenige Minuten bis zum Taksim-Platz und einem Spaziergang von unserem Lieblingsviertel Karaköy entfernt. Sofortiger Wohlfühl- & Willkommenscharakter in der Unterkunft garantiert! ☺️ Besonders hervorheben wollen wir auch die Freundlichkeit zu den Vierbeinern, die zu diesem Stadtteil einfach dazu gehören. Wir hatten jeden Tag auf unserem Balkon eben einen dieser Vierbeiner zu Gast, die wir liebevoll „Tipsy“ genannt haben & die auch immer gekommen ist, wenn sie uns gehört hat. Wer Vierbeiner liebt & ihnen etwas gutes tun möchte, sollte beim Einkauf im Supermarkt ein Paket Katzenfutter mitnehmen und so eine gute Tat vollbringen. ☺️ Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal im Marion‘s Suite & werden auch bei künftigen Istanbul-Besuchen dorthin zurückkehren.

Overall, I liked everything for this price! I'm ready to come back again)

I liked the hotel's location, it's close to Taksim Square, yet it's quiet enough in the hotel. The room had all the necessary bathroom amenities, as well as water/tea/coffee and a kettle with a refrigerator. There was also a hairdryer and an iron. The staff was super friendly! Especially pleasant was the receptionist, resembling Jon Snow with a French bulldog named Freddie. In terms of communication, it felt like I was at home!

The breakfast was quite filling, but there wasn't much choice: a few vegetables, a bit of hummus, boiled eggs and omelets, as well as a bit of sausage and cheese. Also, there was a not very clean sofa in the room with some old stains, but overall, the entire room was clean! One thing I would like to change next time is not to stay in rooms on the first floor, as our room was very close to the lobby and kitchen area, so we could hear them preparing our breakfast from early in the morning.

Nice boutique hotel

Cosy boutique hotel near Taksim Square. Staff very courteous and friendly . We were upgraded without extra charge due to some issue in the room we had booked. Overall a nice hotel .

Breakfast should have more variety . Toaster should be available.

Great stay, great location, great staff

We got the bungalow sea view and it was more than what we expected. Pretty happy 😃

Watch out for the attic ceiling in the bedroom. You might hit your head. 🙂

Beautiful place, the best staff you will find in a hotel, perfect location

Everything was just exceptionally good. Special thanks to Mr Polat and Mr murad, for making our stay phenomenal. The place is very near Taksim square ,5 min walk only. And 15 min walk to the port. Just the right distance away from city noises. Very clean and comfortable rooms. And size of the room is also very good compared to what you get in Istanbul. Early check-in was also accommodated for us. Highly recommended place!

location is perfect, close to taxis, shopping street and best restaurants. room was perfect for two of us with a dog and i would like to thank staff for letting us stay with a malinois dog in centre of cat town :) ambient for breakfast is perfect, quiet garden with perfect shade. food delicious, maybe some fresh fruit would make it perfect

Really great place to stay

Everything was just great. Location is perfect - close to all the attractions but very quiet. Nice restaurant. Cats are adorable. Staff is the best!

A good enough stay, but definitely not deluxe.

The garden where breakfast is being served was really nice and beautiful. Breakfast was good also.

The Deluxe rooms are actually called Standard rooms, according to the info from the hotel, and by that they don't meet any standards of an upgraded room. All "Deluxe" rooms are located in the first floor, which is either on the same level with the sidewalk next to the hotel or just above the entrance door, and only of these is furnished as in the pictures.

A great choice that upgraded our vacation!

We recommend this great hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, good location, equipped with excellent air conditioning which is very important in the Turkish HOT summer…Also there’s kitchenette, microwave, kettle, stovetop , fridge and all accessories needed. Breakfast was very good but with little variety. Great service, pleasant atmosphere, boutique. Taksim square is nearby, 5 minutes walking although most of it uphill. The street is very quiet and narrow without much traffic, there’s a grocery store nearby.

We really can’t find anything we don’t like.

the staff were exceptional especially the manager Mr Polat. also, the waiters and attendants all were extremely friendly and polite and very helpful. it was like living at home. this is a boutique hotel with an excellent location, and very well managed and looked after. the room was very spacious. hats off to you Polat and the rest of the team. will always stay here whenever I am in Istanbul.

Great staff and overall service. Great location for a stay in Istanbul.

Less than 5 mins walk to Taksim square and lots of shopping areas. It is about 8 mins walk to the tram line that takes you to Sultanhamet. The staff are very friendly and helpful with directions. Few speak English, but there is always someone at hand to offer assistance.

lot of cat every where , lot of noise from outside and inside which means walls are not soundproof. the manager try to be polite and helpful but he is not . we enter the hotel at 7 Am and he didnt do the check in even one minutes before 2pm which is official check in time. next days , we saw the same with all clients even where there was available rooms in the hotel. poor breakfast .
