The location was superb on the plaza mayor. Very easy to communicate with the staff member to meet us to give keys. Only 4 rooms in hotel, as we had two upper ones, it felt like an apartment. Spacious and comfy rooms. We didn't realise opening of bull fighting season so our balcony had the best view (but we did not want to watch!). Lovely bars and restaurants all around.

When we arrived we realised it was an unattended hotel. Which wasn’t ideal, given my wife had a sprained ankle and we were in the top floor. Then 2 steps in the bedroom and another in the bathroom. We requested to change the dates, but we unfortunately too late to do so. The balcony lights are on all night. The bathroom was not as clean, is it should of been. Cobwebs in corners. Around the shower base needed cleaning better. This was our last location of our trip, the most expensive and we left early. Which if we had been able to change and go when we were both healthy, I’m sure would of enjoyed it more. Chinchon is a lovely place, with lovely local people, food and culture.
