Facility is new, very clean, very friendly staff, hotel has entertainment programs but they do not bother guests with loud music or annoying attention from staff. Big territory, always easy to find a space either at the sea or near the pool. Food is very fresh and nicely cooked. No crowds at the restaurants while the hotel was pretty booked. Sea entrance is good, pier bar has nice location, you can also go directly to the sea with stiars from there.

If you are really thinking about a luxury stay in Turkey at the seaside then this hotel is the answer. Everything is on the top level of comfort. Large and clean rooms. Restaurant is definitely the best you can find in any hotel: quality and selection of meals is amazing (trust me, I'm a chief!), the restaurant is certified with ISO. The beach is large and there is enough sunbeds with tents. If you like activities like tennis then it's place for you too! If your kids like animals then there is a small zoo! Evening entertainment program is various and we enjoyed most of shows. What else to say? Just book staying in this hotel and later write a similar honest review yourself. :) IMPORTANT: We had a wedding anniversary and the hotel staff made a nice surprise for us! A bottle of champagne and a heart-shaped cake! It was a nice touch to our stay in this fab hotel.

In general, the stay was really good. Rooms, food, beach, facilities were great. Yes, rooms do need some minor refreshment, yes WiFi is not 100% stable (one day it was very slow, but other days it was 40 Mbps), but the sea was great, hotel territory was nice so these cons are minor. As a separate note, room cleaning was performed every day, minibar was replenished daily too.

The only thing that I didn't like was the work of reception. There were two cases when I was disappointed with their service: 1. I initially had two separate room bookings for my family, because my parents had to leave one day earlier than my family, so I asked to have rooms close to each other, at least to have them on the same floor. This was confirmed by hotel team and I had this conversation here on Booking.com. But on the check in we were offered rooms on different floors and when I kindly asked the receptionist to fix that they said that it is not possible. I wrote the same question to the hotel team using Booking.com interface, and surprise! They were able to find a room on the same floor all at once. So don't hesitate to contact them using the app, you will get more support from the hotel in this case. 2. As I said, my parents had to leave earlier one day. I ordered transfer to the airport for them and wanted to accompany them there, but on the check out receptionists asked me to pay for additional services (like games, etc) for my own room! They thought that I won't return back and won't pay for this! They did not even take into the account that my wife and kids were staying there. Of course I payed for this without objections but such obvious lack of trust in guests is not good for a ***** hotel.

Stayed at this hotel just for one night. Reception team was very friendly and efficient. The help of Eyup Akkanat at the reception is highly appreciated. Very professional and helpful!

This was the highlight. the room are spacious and very clean. food was just amazing and the varity was very good. lots to choose from. the resort itself is very nice and you dont feel like leaving. the customer service was just the best!! keep it up

the smoking areas are next to the resturant door and if you are not a smoker, it does cause discomfort. The smoking areas should either be moved or restricted.

clean and comfortable rooms, amazing food and very kind staff. politeness and service quality provided by restaurant and lobby staff is top-notch. they were incredibly nice to my kids and elderly parents. nice views from the rooms.

not enough electricity sockets in the rooms. the refreshments in the rooms are not great - hotels of this calibre would have a nespresso machine and proper mugs/glasses in the room, rather than instant coffee in a plastic cup - also environmentally unfriendly. but of course you can get good coffee in the lobby / bars.
