Very good

The room was very comfortable. Good value for money. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. Great breakfast!

The door to the balcony could not close and I only realized it in the morning, so the whole night my balcony door was left open by the cleaning staff.

Rundown hotel in a poor location for tourists planning on excursions

Breakfast is plentiful and courtesy hot drinks available 24/7 in the dining room. Evening receptionist provided outstanding customer service and tried to resolve issues as they arose.

This hotel is very run down and in poor condition. I had to change rooms twice as balcony and window locks were broken and the rooms were not secure. Rooms have old furniture and fixtures are worn and poorly maintained. Toilet leaked constantly, drains backed up, poor sound proofing and external noise from event venue next door all contributed to a poor guest experience Indoor pool is not hygienic or safe to use without running the risk of contracting an infection. Pool lighting always switched off and area not cleaned daily. Hidden charges presented on check out - including 'towel cleaning' which was substantive and disputed plus charged twice for laundry service for personal clothing The hotel is not suitable as a location if you are planning on doing any excursions in and out of La Paz. Calacoto whilst an upmarket area is not approved as a pick up location for any tours so you need to factor in daily return taxi costs and an additional hour commute in traffic to go anywhere.

great location

The area is great with nearby restaurants and shops. The room was large and had everything we needed.

The walls seem thin, so we could hear neighbouring guests which isn’t great when you’re trying to sleep.

Not a 5 star hotel at all!

The staff was wonderful, everyone really nice and polite

No chance is a 5 star hotel! Pool and sauna were filthy! The towels were ripping apart of how old they are. All rooms should have an iron! I took us 2 days to get an iron and our laundry wasn't ready when we were told it would be.

the Hotel it’s a good place good location that part of the City it’s the I class society very clean for a moment I thought I am in western country good

can I offer good much more but lack of experience It’s a new place they need more experience

I would go back again but with lower ecpectations.

Good breakfast. Spacious rooms (apartments). Great location for us. Heated pool.

Cleanliness in general was adequate, but in public bathroom by pool was bad. Could hardly get enough towels. Lack of TP. No heat in rooms and electric heaters offered at reception were not in good condition. Electrical outlets in rooms are worn out. They did not honor my 1/2 day reservation after returning from a local trip, so sever of us had to figure out what to do for 5 hours until a room was ready. The second room wasn't available until after 5:00.

Breakfast was top-notch. It is the best location in La Paz if you want to do some shopping, stroll around and rest.
