Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Devastating, shocking. Terrible service

The booking we made showed a balcony on the picture, we have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times. This time the standards have dropped drastically. We arrived at hotel at 1pm, the staff that checked us in said she will check us in early if we could give her 10-15, we waited for over 1hr to be let in the room. The room was dirty the mirrors were not cleaned so was the bathroom. But when entering the room, we noticed it did not have balcony so we called reception to let them know. The lady who was at reception said we booked standard room which does not come with a balcony, I tried to explain we have always booked a studio which comes with balcony she disagreed i then said well the booking we have made clearly shows a balcony so that is misleading. She was not willing to listen, I explained due to medical reasons I need fresh air so would appreciate a balcony she said there was no room available. The room we was placed in was not clean and not the room shown on picture. My husband then went to speak to reception face to face and they was rude and did not listen to a word he said. We was on our anniversary trip which got ruined the moment we walked in to the room. We then had to ask them to come and clean the room. Overall this was a bad experience, the hotel is supposed to be 4 * but this time it was 2*. We will not be visiting this hotel again, and would not recommend it to anyone either. I would appreciate if this matter was looked at, as I feel we have been robbed the room cost £500ish for 2 days, but what we was given was not what was shown on the picture. I am devastated that this trip got ruined and overall the customer service was poor. Hilton is chain hotel and there standards are supposed to be good but this was shocking. I demand for a partial refund as the room we stayed in was not what we had booked or was advertised.

Better customer service, clean the rooms before checking guests in, Do not mislead by posting by posting photos of the room when in reality it is different.

checkout experience impaired stay

Top location, private beach, gym, friendly staff but the checkout experience impaired the entire experience.

At check in, they verbally confirmed a late Checkout at 2 pm (what I needed to due to a biz video conference). They "kicked" me out of the room during the video conference. I even offered that they can start cleaning during my video conference. the lady at the front desk refused... Rooms and interior are outdated and need renovation.

Great location

Close to playground so kids can play while parents relax in the hotel.

I think the lobby needs a renovation. In Tower B the breakfast area is so tight.

Ambiguous…

Comfortable room with sea view, good cleaning, various breakfast (in Hilton Jumeira), helpful staff (except reception).

We’ll, it was not so pleasant experience with Hilton this time. 1) After check-in we received our key… and we couldn’t open our room! More than 30 minutes we waited under the door while someone came. 2) Our room was connected room (!). One night around 23:00 someone tried to open our door from other side. 3) Executive Lounge package is a wasted money. 4) Finally during check-out we paid some additional money because “staff made mistake” (!). We just paid cos we hadn’t time to check up.

Overall fantastic hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect, we had a beautiful sea view and beach was easily accessible. The rooms were spacious which made the stay comfortable. The kind staff is what made our stay amazing. Bassem, Caroline, and Wael special THANK YOU!!!

Просторные апартаменты, живьем выглядят намного лучше чем по виде обзорам и фото. Просторные спальни и огромная гостиная. На кухне весь комплект посуды: кастрюли, сковородки, терки, доски, ножи, штопор итд. Вся техника: стиралка, посудомоечная, большой холодильник, микроволновка, тостер и чайник. Поместились все, убирали каждый день. Можно заказывать доставку еды и напитков в номер. Свой пляж, места были всегда. На пляже также доступен заказ еды и напитков прямо к лежаку. Очень разнообразные завтраки, и нет очередей, мест хватает на всех.

Во время завтрака лифты перегружены, можно прождать свой лифт 5-15 минут.

Very disappointing

Good breakfast

Lifts are terrible. Can take a long time to get one and it’s quite dangerous. We also paid for a Marina View apartment which had no view of the Marina. The pool in the Walk is a small pool with no bar or facilities. You have to walk over to the other hotel to get to the main pool and facilities

Exceed my expectations in every way

Delightful stay , greeted with warmth and efficiency by the attentive staff , the check in and check out process was smooth , room clean , many dining option. Service was extraordinary.

Wonderful stay with exceptional staff

What a truly memorable experience and service provided by the reception staff , from the moment stepped into the hotel I was greeted by Suha with warm and professionalism the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met , the room very clean and spacious providing a comfortable feeling after long day of exploring the city , amazing view of the room and all staff are outstanding and Service are fabulous.

Отличное расположение отеля: множество кафе и ресторанов поблизости, пляж совсем рядом в 2-х минутах ходьбы, очень хорошие завтраки, внимательный персонал, лучше конечно брать номер с видом на залив , колесо обозрение- потрясающий вид особенно вечером.

Hilton the Walk.

Greeted by friendly and helpful young man. Staff in Hartisan very friendly. Concierge very helpful. Free shuttle to Emirates Mall.

Lack of continuity for back to back booking. Room key stopped working, room wasn’t serviced (no clean towels etc), asked to check out, tv stopped working. Room was lovely but bathroom dated and tatty. Half board offered very limited choices in restaurants except buffet in Hartisan.

If you are patient to wait long time for a lift this is a good hotel.

The staff were great ! Service was perfect! Room was big and super clean very comfy bed!

Checkin wasn’t on time ! We arrived at 3 pm and they provide the room at 5:30 pm. But because of this delay they gave us free breakfast for the whole stay plus on dinner voucher also late checkout. But the most annoying thing about the hotel was the lifts ! It took us at least 5 minutes waiting each time we wanted to take the lift !!

В целом понравилось, но в воскресенье переполнен.

Уборка каждый день, это понравилось. Полотенца меняют, кровать заправляют, всё аккуратно. Около пяти ресторанов, в том числе бар на крыше с видом на залив. Свой пляж с шезлонгами и пляжным сервисом. Вид из окна мы взяли на залив, с девятого этажа хороший вид.

Много детей. В воскресенье переполненный завтрак, бассейн и пляж.

Good food and spacious room but it was just for 4 *

Stuff, room is amazing and very big, food is amazing but location for us was a bit crowded... and the traffic is horible

السعر. وأيضاً عند وصولنا سأل الموظف عند بطاقة الفيزا التي تم بها الحجز المبدئي وعندما بلغته انه تم تغييرها من البنك رفض إتمام الحجز وعمل حجز جديد ودفع مبلغ الإقامة كاملاً وارجاع المبلغ الذي تم به الحجز الأولي وإلى اليوم لم يرجع المبلغ لي بالرغم أنني تواصلت مع الفندق ولم يتم الرد للأن.
