Overall good value, so I may return here if I came back to the the city.

Very decent value for the cost, as long as you get a room on the back. Walking distance to everywhere in the center, comfortable bed, spacious room, good desk.

On the first night I was in a front-side room, which thought was subpar in every way - noisy and the bathroom wasn't very nice, but they changed it willingly. The Wi-Fi connection wasn't very stable throughout the day.

Poor experience

Not much, the bakery across the road

Very poor a/c, hot room, 5th floor, stairs, no room service, had to demand clean towels, bin emptied etc

Good location and allright for the price.

Staff friendly and organised, hotel close to the palace and river. There are many restaurants and bars in the area.

Pretty loud, elevator ping could be heard all night through the door. The bathroom smelled a bit strong and moldy.

Not so good

The star is very kind. The room need some to be renovate because are very old and the bad smell. They changed my room but it was the same of the other one. The hotel is in a good position.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, they always smiled at me when I went in and out of the hotel. I feel like I'm staying at my house. I would recommend it.

Average place in need of a huge uplift.

Basic facilities that were good for a backpacking couple. Staff were friendly and accommodating, pool table was good.

The AC made us very ill, the bed sheets were ripped, there was black mould in the bathroom, the fridge was producing heat rather than cold, every time we plugged an appliance in it gave us shock. Outside the room in the evening was cat faeces and wee. Lastly, the location clearly attracts a certain time of 50+ men looking for a particular service- which really give the entire location a seedy vibe…

Great Hotel and staff

It was a very good time here during my stay in Phnom Penh. i like this hotel so much room and staff. The location was great, it is in the center of the city. The food was so good.

I love Room 210 not Room 305

Nice big room with large window

Room 305 might as well be part of Room 311. The Bathrooms are adjoined with no sound insulation.!!!

All the facilities were in place as well as a fan.. I don't like air-con.. Good location and I don't mind a walk. I had a back room so the drunks in 172st didn't disturb me.. The window was bonus.

The bathroom needs a makeover.. It's small and a bit fiddly but works.

Near the pub street, but without all the hassle and noise. The hotel has elevator, which is not really a given in many places. After a day of raining, water started leaking from the AC, they immediately changed us to a new room and called the maintenance guy. So, in our experience they know how to handle issues promptly and efficiently. The hotel is what it is. It’s not luxurious, but the rate also reflects that, doesn’t it?

The AC drains into the bathroom, so the floor will always be wet. Not really an issue, but uncomfortable.

Has elevator and restaurant thats it.

They're doing repairs and renovations in the hotel which the hotel refused to mention. Every day 7am to 5pm every room can hear tools and loud banging. The bathrooms smell like drainage and sewerage. They set the air-conditioning timer on to 15 mins so you have to keep turning it back on.
