One of the best, if not the best places I have ever stayed in.

Breakfast was exceptional! We ordered room service more than a few times because we loved it so much! They are so attentive to every little detail you want and we can’t thank them enough for such a pleasant stay.

The switch for the waterfall was upstairs on the pool deck, it was only a problem when we tried to sleep and to switch it off I had to get out of bed and go upstairs to turn it off. The pool was cold so we didn’t swim as it was cloudy for most of our trip unfortunately.

It was good in general.

We liked friendly, helpful staffs. The place was clean and nice.

We got 2 rooms villa with private pool. The bed room is downstairs and the living room is upstairs. To access the living room upstairs, you will need to get out of the building, walk upstairs. It was raining for 2 days out of 6 days that we stayed, it is a bit inconvenience to get out of the building to go upstairs in the rain. If 1 staircase was internal it would be better and we can have better connection with the living room area from the bed room.

Amazing

Awesome place run by truly amazing people who genuinely do their best to deliver unforgetable experience for their guests. Attention to details was world class. I had a bad experience on my first day due to the room that was initially reserved but Agus was very responsive to fix the issue. Risky, Gede, Fitria, Kiki and Dwita are best hosts one can ask for. Listen driver Ima's recommendations, you won't be disappointed. One of the rare places that deserves their motto: "eqUILIBRIA- a state of intellectual, physical & emotional balance." Highly recommended. PS- Engaging with Risky is one of the least risky activity one can commit, don't be intimidated by his name :)

We will be back!

I could go on forever about everything I loved about this place! staff, food, location, the accommodation itself - everything was perfect! they also provided complimentary filtered water whenever we needed which was super handy & saved lots of trips to the shops for clean water! my husband and I went for our honeymoon and the decorations they did in the room/little surprise gifts - all the little special touches made our stay that much more special!

It wasn’t a both to us at all - but there is a lot of narrow stairs to go up & down when moving from your bedroom to the living/pool area.

Astonishing and best place to stay in Bali

I absolutely loved our stay here. We were so astonished by the facilities, the service from the staff was excellant and it was so clean. Our stay was upgraded to the waterfall villa and it was so beautiful. Overall, I would recommend our stay and would return here again

Our Happy Place

The fairy god mother is real!! my fiance popped the question at our villa and it was the most magical day for me, a big thank you once again to the eqUILIBRIA team for the fond memories that we will treasure forever! Special shoutout to our butlers Ela and Lista who took such good care of us throughout our time here, they gave us all the privacy we wanted but at the same time were just a phone call away when we needed anything. If you are planning on some big moments/ celebration, this is definitely the place for you! Breakfast was AMAZING and you can have it anywhere, be it a floating breakfast or breakfast in bed, you won’t get charged extra for your most instagramable breakfast! Although we didn’t go out as much as we wanted to due to the rainy seasons and (mostly)the irresistible comfort of the signature villa, the hotel is literally located at the heart of the shopping street. Pubs and restaurants are within walking distance, and if not, the free shuttle can take you there. The hotel also welcomes grab delivery which is a plus plus to us coz we stayed at a branded hotel at Nusa Dua before coming here but they did not allow food delivery from outside of the hotel.

we are happy throughout our stay, just some minor suggestions: the stairs connect the two floors are located outside of the villa, which is a bit odd to us, but it’s not a big issue as we have umbrellas on both floors. the bath tub is at a hidden corner of the lower floor, there’s not enough sunlight and no view from the tub, think we would prefer it indoor instead as we couldn’t really use the tub when it rains.

Fantastic stay, short walk to the busy streets yet total tranquility when you are in the good size villa. Staffs were so nice & friendly & they are sooooo kind & helpful! Thank you! Love chilling by the pool & listening to the bird chirping in the morning. Almost wanted to skip the included breakfast & go cafe outside but glad we didn't! Breakfast in villa was fantastic!

Would be a 10 if the 2 levels have stairs inside instead of having to walk out to go down. But not really a big issue as we get used to it after 1 night. 😊
