Staff not friendly

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the outdoor area and pool were lovely.

The staff seemed misinformed, as different staff members told us different, conflicting things. There was confusion because of mismanagement on their end. But they are polite and wanted to resolve the issue.

Excellent location and views

My stay at this hotel was outstanding. The cleanliness and modernity of the property were exceptional, providing a stylish and inviting atmosphere. I had a nice sea view room. The size of the room was quite good, and I was very clean! Good hotel facilities and good location.

1) We were waiting for our luggage for 40 minutes ( we've been told it will be delivered to our room). I called reception multiple times to check where is our luggage but there weren't any updates. I decided to go and check by myself, and our luggage were still outside in front of hotel with few of the staff free. 2) I called to ask if the hotel has any adaptors to charge my phone. The person who answered was quite rude, who told me " No, we don't provide adaptors, GOODBYE". I couldn't even ask or say something the conversation was finished. 3) I had a broken balcony, which I've asked to repair while we are away. Nobody did it. But I want to say, that two very helpful staff came to us at night and helped us. To be fair, I told about this situation during check-out and hotel gave me nice small discount!

Amazing hotel, with incredible views of the ocean and Monte Carlo. Excellent service from all of the staff we dealt with, from check in to housekeeping. AMAZING pool area with a fab bar that delivers wine - loved it!!!!

Nothing - loved it all

This is a resort and a fantastic property. Rooms are very large and comfortable with lots of room. Bathrooms are large and roomy, you dont feel confined like many hotels. The Hotel is beautiful and has a very nice pool and outdoor terrace area. Breakfast is very good and large variety. Terrace for lunch was also very good. Prices are higher but I think Monte Carlo is just more eHxpensive , so just expect that as you travel there. We would definitely stay there again. Hotel provided shuttle to casino square which was very useful, we discovered that we could walk back from casino very easily, only about 1 mile and downhill !!!

Overpriced and the breakfast was horrible, staff couldn't be bothered to clear tables and I had to ask twice. Spa didn't open until 10am and so I couldn't book anything during my stay.

Location was great, room comfortable and sea view was good.

It was quite busy with companies setting up the adjacent poker stars event so a lot of movement of trucks and people, but not the fault of the hotel. It was also very problematic getting a taxi from the hotel, but once again this appeared a general problem across Monaco, not just at the hotel

Great vibes late night, sheesha and drinks on the terrace bar, one of the best atmospheres in Monaco at night. Iconic building with great artwork and lovely facilities. We will be back!

Early Check-in accepted very friendly, very friendly reception, good price-performance ratio, Big and comfortable rooms, nice sea view and sea Side location.

The only reason of giving 7 Star and not 10, was the supervisor who was called to solve a problem of Transportation! the driver let us down with a baby and a career in the middle of street and asked us to pay extras for that and the supervisor did not accept anything of our complaint and tried nothing to solve our problem but behaved very selfish and told that its not his problem!! unbelievable! very expensive and not worth breakfast.
