Le personnel très sympa et accueillant. Endroit bien situé. Grand parking et accès facile.

La propreté en dessous des lits à revoir car il y avait pas mal de poussière et de crasse. Le bruit en pleine nuit qui provient du coffret des fusibles et des relais dans la chambre sans fenêtre qui faisait du bruit par intermittence. Très désagréable pour trouver le sommeil.

Les jeux Playmobil en libre service, le ping-pong, babyfoot et fléchette aussi. Le café et thé à volonté ainsi que le parking gratuit. Attention: il y a des caméras partout :)

L'eau du robinet est un peu ferreuse ce qui colorie la cuvette de toilette d'une couleur un peu surprenante au début'

Ruim opgezet modern complex, met prachtige grote kamers en appartementen. De keuken was zeer compleet, net als thuis. Voor de kinderen waren er meerdere speelruimtes. Het ontbijt was echt top en is zeker zijn meerprijs waard!

(nog) geen laadpalen, bij de buren staan er, maar die waren duur omwille van hun betaalparking.

Sehr großes Appartement mit ausreichend Schränken. 2 Toiletten vorhanden.. das Appartement lag nach hinten raus und war morgens sehr ruhig.

In der Küche hätte etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck Sinn gemacht. Auch etwas Spülmittel, ein zweiter Tab für die Spülmaschine und etwas Salz wäre gut gewesen. Ansonsten sind sogar ein Stabmixer sowie 2 Auflaufformen vorhanden.

Appartement is gezellig en helemaal in orde. Goede grootte.

Laadpalen vlakbij werken niet altijd.

Het appartement was ruim met veel lichtinval en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Er waren 3 wc’s aanwezig wat met een gezelschap van 6 personen wel aangenaam was ☺️ Ruime living en mooi uitzicht waren ook een plus. Het was leuk om te weten dat we onze sleutel en reserve sleutel konden achterlaten in een kluisje met cijferslot en de honesty bar was heel gezellig om ‘s avonds nog even te zitten of een spelletje te spelen.

Er is niets dat echt tegenviel. We kregen enkel het licht op het terras met geen enkele lichtschakelaar uit, het bad was wat klein (maar is niet echt over te klagen we waren blij met de aanwezigheid van een bad, want we hadden enkel een douche verwacht) en op de afzonderlijke wc zouden we nog een spiegel boven de wastafel hangen omdat dit wel handig kan zijn ☺️

Very big apartament not far away from the seaside. Good parking places, at least out of the sommer season.

More kitchen ustensils. Hangers for towels in the toilet and direct light bei the mirrors in the bathrooms..

very comfortable apartment for our family of 6. Raymond was exceptionally helpful, he would always go above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed.

the kitchen utensils could be better. we cooked in one night and we missed a good knife, spatulas and others.

Interior design and comfort, facilities with play room.

Mattress was a little too soft to may taste. TV does not allow any smart TV features to be used such as screen casting. Impossible to watch a movie stored on my own device, or use my Netflix account on the TV. Also, the fully equipped kitchen lacked one important tool for cooking - a good cutting knife. Otherwise, the kitchen was excellent.

It was really clean, especially the bathroom. I like it the most.

The apartment was spacious and we wanted 2 double rooms not a room and sofa bed so this was the reason for our choice. We self cater so the facilities are ideal. Good size fridge, hob and oven good and dishwasher. Whilst sea not in sight we found the walk through the dunes to the beach and tram pleasant and only 10 minutes. All contact with the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was cleaned and fresh towels daily. Car parking was good. We would return as we found the beaches beautiful, large sandy and clean and at Easter very quiet off the main town stretches. We travelled by tram to Ostend and to visit the Delvaux gallery in the other direction towards De Pann.

The pots, pans and plates were not pristine clean and I asked twice for a mirror light in the shower room to be replaced and it never happened. These things didn't marr our enjoyment of the place.
