Pourquoi le groupe Accor n’accepte pas d’enregistrer votre séjour sur leur carte de fidélité lorsque la réservation est effectuée par booking.com?
Cette attitude est inadmissible. Pourtant booking.com leur apporte des clients et leur site de réservation est plus simple.

Bruit incessant du système de ventilation (impossible de l'arrêter, programmateur HS )la demande de changer de chambre est acceptée sans problème, merci

Der junge Mann an der Reception hat sich äußerst vorbildlich verhalten, sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit.
Auf unserem Zimmer fehlte der Wasserkocher auf der Basisstation. Nach einem kurzen Anruf brachte der junge Receptionist
den fehlenden Wasserkocher selbst umgehend ins Zimmer und entschuldigte sich noch mit einem freundlichen Lächeln für
die "Unannehmlichkeit" !
Auch die abgesicherte unterirdische Parkanlage ist ein Plus ! - Ohne Umwege mit dem Aufzug bis zur Reception erreichbar !

L'insonorisation est totale une nuit reposante.

La atención de la trabajadora de recepción de la mañana encargada de hacer el checkout.
El hotel está situado en una zona nueva, con accesos en obras, sin posibilidad de aparcamiento exterior. La zona de parking reservada al hotel es pequeña y muchos de los clientes deben aparcar en la zona común (y no cerrada) del centro comercial, al mismo precio.
Las ventanas no aislaban del ruido de la música, los gritos y los coches de la zona de ocio e incluso filtraron parte de agua de la tormenta.

The location, the cleanliness.
-The air conditioning system was terrible and inefficient. Although we had two rooms and we tried all settings. Staff tried to help with bringing fans. But still , a reason to avoid revisiting the place .
-One of the elevators was out of order for several days which overloaded the remaining one .
- Parkings are also overpriced!

Excellent hotel , big , clean, comfortable , the mall next door is great and great location in general , great value for money.

The shower gel ran out on day 5 and was not replaced. The bed was hard and a fitting in the bathroom was falling off the wall

hotel was comfortable, clean and in a good spot by the small river and a great view in restaurant. Confluence museum and the mall is nearby the hotel
location is actually is not central, railway stop is close but if you want to walk to the city center it takes 30min.
