Bir daha kolay kolay kalmam. O bölgede alternatif çok var.

Restoran personeli çok iyiydi. Ve çok cana yakındı. Oda temizliği de gayet güzeldi. Konum olarak da iyi.

Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Büyük oranda o coğrafya insanına hitap ediyor. Otel bir rezidansta 11. Katta lobi var ve oradan sonra katlar var. Böyle olunca otel konseptinden uzak oluyor. Açıkcası consierge hizmeti almak isteseniz giriş kata iniyorsunuz lobi için tekrar 11. Kata çıkıyorsunuz. Alışılmışın dışında geldi bana. Uçağım gece yarısı idi. Belli bir miktar karşılığı 18:00 a kadar ücretli late check outu kabul ettim. Şöyle bir rica da bulundum. 18:30 da namaz kılmam gerekiyor 19:00 olamazmı dediğimdi arada ki 1 saate de ücret istediler. Ne kadar ısrar etsemde o ücreti aldılar. Otel müdürü bu konu da hiç yardımcı olmadı.

Dirty hotel, Hidden charges. And mice!

Amazing location, cool architecture and design

There was mice in the hotel. We told the staff and they switched us to a higher floor but there was evidence of mice there too. The rooms aren’t cleaned very well. The towels and robes in the room were not switched out for us and were filthy. We had them replaced. We tried to use the “pillow menu” but were told it’s only one per room not one per guest. The bar in the hotel isn’t part of the Conrad which is fine but when I attempted to put a drink on my room they acted like I was trying not to pay and screeched at me “pay now pay now” which was so embarrassing. But the worst thing was, at check in we were forced to pay more to have my 16 year old son sleep in a bed as opposed to the FLOOR even though we booked for three people. We chose it because it said kids stay free up to 17 years old. The staff said he was booked to stay in the room but there was no bed unless we paid extra. I understand Asia has floor sleeping as a norm but the Conrad is a global brand and I presumed hotel guests would get to sleep in beds. The extra bed was a gritty trundle that was then left outside our room for us to carry in ourselves. It took three of us because the wheels didn’t seem to work - and it was so dirty and covered in stains. We noticed then there was mice droppings in the room. So we complained and we were moved to another room. We noticed mice droppings there too, and in the hallways. Then we were slapped with an amount more than we had agreed at check out which was double the original booking.com price. They didn’t care at all that I was annoyed. I would probably have left a better review about the hotel staff if they hadn’t been so rude at check out, because they were nice about the room move.

Excellent location, decent room, but elevator system should be simplified

Amazing location just above walking street. Comfy room, helpful staff.

Perfect stay in Shanghai

Because of room availability we were upgraded to a site on the 57th floor, with the best view of Shanghai. The location is great (although the pin on Google maps isn't correct, make sure you give your taxi driver the address in Chinese to avoid the mistake we did), very close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to some of the main attractions. The room was super spacious and clean, free toiletries and robes provided and comfortable bed and bedding. The staff speak English and were very helpful with some printing we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Местоположение, панорамный вид.

Медленное заселение. Нет раннего заезда. Не встретили с багажом, стойка регистрации находится на 11 этаже. Грязные окна в номере. Маленький выбор европейских блюд на завтрак.

Was expecting so much more bit ended up very disappointed..

The location

The staff were terribly unqualified, barely spoke English apart from the Check-in people. The property looks good from afar but is terribly dated from up-close..

Poor staff great property

Breakfast didn’t start till 6.30am so I had to leave without breakfast it was poor timing

Check in was simply atrocious big que and only two counters it took me 50 minutes to reach the check in counter and staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional.

Excellent hotel. Value for money.

Staff were polite, efficient and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Location was convenient.

Being located in a very large shopping mall, there are many lifts and entrances to navigate to the hotel lobby. It could do with better signs especially if you emerge from the carpark, which is dark.
